ABOUT THE ROLE
The artist is responsible for modeling, shading, lighting, and 3D visuals in digital renderings. The artist creates renderings to be photo-realistic images and virtual walk throughs of our product. Modeling from architectural, shop and production drawings to create life like representations of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to bring ideas from paper to a digital reality.
- Read and utilize drawing sets to create accurate digital models.
- Works with other team members to create collaborative projects for national marketing.
- Review digital products ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Keep learning and be up to date on vital 3D software.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years 3ds Max experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of lighting, color and contrast in digital projects.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Detail oriented.
PREFERED EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year Sketchup experience.
- 1+ year V-Ray experience.
- Residential or construction industry experience.

The Drafter is responsible for producing drawing files for production facilities and submitting plans for approval by following customer orders, building codes and company standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops accurate and complete production drawings, layout diagrams, schematics and construction documents.
- Communicate and collaborate with production team regarding print related items.
- Communicate and collaborate with sales regarding orders.
- Keeps abreast of current Drafting Standards to maintain continuity during the drawing and bill of material development process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma.
- Drafting Fundamentals exposure, degree in drafting preferred.
- General knowledge of constructions standards.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of relevant software packages.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong tolerance for change.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead Drafter is responsible for completing specifically assigned drafting projects to support production
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop accurate and complete production drawings and layout for assigned models and/or projects
- Coordinates the drawings with production staff to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner.
- Keeps abreast of current drafting standards to maintain continuity during the drawing and production process.
- Maintains the library of production drawings and bills of material to ensure a central source of current reference information is available and accessible to all departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years AutoCAD experience as a Drafter
- High School Diploma with Drafting Fundamentals exposure
- One or more years of manufacturing assembly experience or one or more years of drafting experience
- Strong computer skills and understanding of relevant software packages
- Strong mechanical skills
- Motivated self-starter and able to lead a team
