Associate / Sr. Associate - Real Estate Debt & Structured Finance

We are partnered with a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm who are looking for an exceptional Associate / Senior Associate to join their Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance team in Miami.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing brokerage platform, working alongside senior producers on the origination and execution of complex debt transactions across a range of asset classes.

The Role:

• Support the origination and execution of debt and structured finance transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders, owners, and institutional investors
• Underwrite deals, prepare marketing materials, and assist in structuring financing solutions
• Work closely with senior brokers on live transactions and client pitches
• Gain exposure to a wide range of capital sources including banks, debt funds, and private lenders

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, or lending
• Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills
• Existing relationships in the Miami market or a clear desire to build a career in brokerage
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
