DMF is looking for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate with a passion for electronics and circuit design to join our new product development team. In this role you will work on developing industry leading LED lighting and IOT products with exposure to everything from ideation to detailed circuit design, analysis, prototyping and validation. Responsibilities:
- Support the Electrical Engineering team in the design and qualification of compact LED drivers incorporating switch mode power supplies and associated control and communication circuits.
- Execute hardware testing and report results for review.
- Perform detail circuit design, simulation and prototyping under the direction of a senior engineer.
- Troubleshoot field returns, identifying root cause of problem and potential design improvements.
- Work with a cross functional team consisting of Mechanical engineers, Firmware engineers, Industrial Designers, and Project Managers supporting the overall product development effort.
- Follow the company product development process, conduct design reviews and interface with other engineers and departments to ensure an efficient transfer from design to production.

- Creates 3D harness routes considering bend radius, separation, and maintainability and manage technical trade studies.
- Generate electrical interconnect diagrams and schematics by defining point-to-point connections for power, signals, and data links; understands grounding and shielding principles.
- Interface and coordinate between various team members including engineering, program management, production and quality Create 3D models of harness designs using SolidWorks software.
- Analyze harnesses with applicable quality and reliability standards.
- Develop test equipment for IR/DWV testing.
- Design and integrate harness routing within the spacecraft and test equipment.
- Support production and quality assurance to clear obstacles and ensure build meets design intent.
- Develop BOM’s and work within ERP system for production coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience with harnessing design and routing.
- Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, NX or similar 3D CAD software..
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) as it relates to harness design (e.g., use of tools such as Cameo).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel 20% of the time.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with SolidWorks Electrical and Routing.
- Experience implementing designs compliant with IPC/WHMA-A-620A or NASA-STD-8739.4.

As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator who thrives in the courtroom and wants to handle significant personal injury cases while working remotely.
Position Overview:
The Trial Attorney will manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters and take cases through all phases of litigation, including trial. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling depositions, arguing motions, and presenting cases in front of juries.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value cases while collaborating with an experienced litigation team and support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from litigation through trial
- Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
- Develop case strategy and trial preparation plans
- Prepare witnesses and clients for testimony
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff
- Maintain strong client communication and case updates
Qualifications:
- Active license and good standing with the California State Bar
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Trial experience strongly preferred (first or second chair)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $300,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
