Position Summary
The Sous Chef assists in managing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food production. They supervise and train kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and assist with inventory management. The Sous Chef also steps in to lead the kitchen during the Chef de Cuisine's absence, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of culinary tasks. This position reports to the Executive Chef.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Operating in the locations’ top leadership role, the General Manager is fully accountable and ultimately responsible for all hired personnel dedicated to the location
- Works with assigned staff to ensure work schedules are maintained and balanced

Qualifications:
- Current Social Work licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the Masters level (L.I.C.S.W. or L.C.S.W.) required

Responsibilities:
- Assists participants with all aspects of personal care at the site, and in the community, as directed.
