We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the growing Commerce team as a Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. You will support the Associate Director/Director in the strategic and tactical development of each retail plan. Retail Media Knowledge

About the Role Supply Chain Manager:
Reporting to the CEO, the is responsible to Manage, coordinate, plan, and organize strategic sourcing, purchasing, production and inventory planning, receiving, warehousing, control, and distribution of materials to satisfy distribution needs/service relations as required to accomplish these goals.
The Manager of Supply Chain will be tasked with the identification, development, and completion of significant efficiency/optimization projects. This person will be responsible to work cross functionally within SC as well as WH, and cross functional departments and divisions across the entire business using lean principles, total cost analysis, strong project management skills, and a highly developed to identify major cost saving initiatives, ensure cross functional collaboration, timely project completion and the realization of identified savings. Will be responsible to develop the targets / budget related to Supply Chain, working with others to develop baseline data, savings calculations, monthly tracking and reporting tools as well as the upkeep of all project charters to ensure accurate and timely reporting to CEO and management.

Position Summary:
Provides our organization Vascular R&D and Production Engineering staffs, Legal, Marketing, and external clients with data regarding questions and problems concerning materials, processes, new technology, and methods related to the development, production, and use of products.
This data will be generated utilizing microscopic (electron and optical) and/or elemental analyses. The data will be in the form of images and/or elemental spectra. Official reports will be written, archived, and issued by the analyst. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job would require 50-75% SEM laboratory work involving hands-on analysis (non automated program).
* Perform more advanced sample preparation such as inorganic materials or metallurgraphic sample preparation.
* Evaluates written requests to perform materials analysis. Determines if the request can be accomplished with in-house technology or if it has to be assigned to an authorized, outside laboratory.
* Prepares samples for the specific type of analysis required or requested (FEM, SEM, EDS, etc.).
* Performs analysis according to the Departmental Operating Procedure (DOP) for the instruments used in the analysis.
* Analyzes specific characteristics of the material, process, or failure morphology by comparing with known characteristics from which to draw conclusions.

Working with minimal supervision, the Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. - Along with the Store Manager, schedule store associates ensuring that the scheduling guidelines are followed, and all breaks and meals are accounted for as required. - Approve payroll, enter paid time off e.g. wellness, make time edits, and verify that store associates are paid for all time worked.
- Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines and all store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
- Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
- Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices including scam awareness, safety best practices, and delivering bank deposits as required; visually inspect associates' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift as appropriate. Communicate any concerns or issues to the Store Manager.
- Support store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.

- Verify all shipments for discrepancies/shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system; conduct merchandise counts/inventories and communicate discrepancies to Store Manager/District Manager.
- Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
- Maintain awareness of associate and guest safety; identify and immediately address potentially hazardous situations. Report any injuries promptly per company guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining store records/files in a neat and organized manner; help ensure that manuals are up to date.

Qualifications*

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of ALC. Responsible for evaluating the entire life cycle of a product, but primarily focused on the following elements:

- Secondary focus on distribution and delivery as needed to support other DCMS entities.

- Formulate, plan, and execute supply optimization that provide management the information required to effectively allocate resources and execute procurements that provide the greatest return on investment to operational readiness and asset availability.
- Assist with developing models and forecasts for ALC/BOD to determine mission support costs, including maintenance, repair, sparing, warehousing, labor hours, transportation, and other relevant economic drivers.
- Create a Logistical Analysis program that has clearly defined processes and procedures to build out customer requirements, evaluate/prioritize work acceptance, document application development, and regularly re-evaluate product support.
