The Logistics Manager at the customer center is responsible for coordinating supply chain activities to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to sustainable profitable growth within the organization. The Logistics Manager coordinates supply chain activities to enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable profitable growth. This position collaborates with customers, other customer center functions, Regional Operations Managers, the Atlas Copco North American Service Center (NASC), the ACT! team (managing the SAP template), Distribution Centers, Production Companies, and Divisional HQ to achieve common local and global objectives, ensuring efficient, transparent, and resilient logistics processes.
Logistics
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to oversee warehouse processes across four regional warehouses, including designing processes for expediting unused parts returns, conducting data analysis for optimal inventory levels, and inventory reduction initiatives.
- Oversee the process of updating the ERP system with accurate data to improve delivery date forecasts for customers and the sales team, accounting for variables such as transport times, shipping lanes, and port issues, in collaboration with the ACT! team.
- Coordinate with the NASC for transportation operations (managing 90% of inbound and outbound shipments) and liaise with their trade compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage order management functions, including supporting all order entry teams (those reporting to business line managers and the order desk reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, which handles the majority of orders), to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Oversee logistics operations for regional branches and service contracts, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

- Prepare monthly recap for the VP of Sales & Marketing and VP of Operations on production, inventory, and sales history, along with 1-3 month forecast updates for the demand planning worksheet.
- Manage ongoing demand planning process with the Director of Supply Chain and Director of Business Development to maintain appropriate product mix, service area, color needs, and inventory across plants while understanding capacity constraints for all shingle and manufactured accessories. To include building and maintaining inventory floor plans on accessory items for each plant and reloading facility.
- Work with the Director of Supply Chain to evolve the Sales-Inventory-Operations Planning (SIOP) process over time to meet the needs of the organization.
- Work with the Director of Supply Chain on efforts to forecast opportunities and concerns across the operations and supply chain functions.
- Manage monthly and annual forecasting efforts for finished goods products in conjunction with the Director of Supply Chain
- Manage existing product inventory and ordering needs based on market demand and be responsive to sales needs and trends in demand.
- Work will all plant facilities on eliminating discontinued products in a fiscally responsible manner while actively working on making sure that inventories reflected in PS/Qlik are accurate and up to date for all facilities.
- Work to manage, consolidate, and prioritize shipment of inventory to minimize loss and maximize profits through sales and avoid fines
- Work with the Director of Procurement on maintaining and communicating margin/cost/price controls for all vendor accessory products through monthly reviews and profitability analysis. Assist sales and business development teams in addressing inventory available for large volume opportunities as well as daily needs.
- Work with all plant schedulers to train best practices and continuity of practices. To include making sure production schedules are always kept up to date on People Soft.
- Work with plant schedulers and Director of Procurement to make sure that raw materials are kept at optimal levels at each plant facility.
- Work with IT to make needed reporting and process updates to aid all plants in being able to see and upload production and inventory.
- Work with the plant managers and schedulers to achieve uniform processes when PIDS are updated across the division with the goal of uniformity for best practices and visibility.
- Set and maintain safety stock targets in PeopleSoft.
- Build inventory floor plans for all accessory items across plants and reload facilities.
- Proactively eliminate discontinued SKUs and manage reallocation to minimize write-offs.
- Work closely with plant schedulers to align production plans with master schedules using Shingle Tech.
- Ensure safety stock levels and report on monthly deviations to plans
- Collaborate with plants to ensure proper inventory and production planning

Production Supervisor Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise approximately 20 hourly personnel and activities on shift to achieve or exceed determined standards to produce a quality product in a safe manner and within customer specifications.

VP, PORTFOLIO MANAGER, REAL ESTATE DEBT
The VP, Portfolio Manager, Real Estate Debt will play a critical role in assisting the Senior Portfolio Manager (“SPM”) in management of all aspects of the principal debt funds. This includes working with the SPM to analyze prospective new loans, products, and markets as well as plan for strategic positioning of the portfolio. This senior position will collaborate with the other members of the real estate debt team, including production, accounting and transactions, to ensure the SPM’s portfolio and investment objectives are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Servicing and Workouts
- Identify and review impaired loans and lead in the negotiations for necessary restructuring with the approval and oversight of the SPM.
- Coordinate the foreclosure and deed in lieu process with the Borrower, legal counsel and internal departments.
- Manage the internal approval and documentation process for any debt restructurings
- Supervise servicing of all loans in the two principal funds, and any debt separate accounts.
- Administer all construction and land loans by approving draws, change orders, CC&Rs, easements, and partial release requests.

Fund Management
- Join Client Services and SPM in client & consultant calls.

Loan Closing
