Outside sales selling Fendt RoGator, TerraGator, and Caterpillar products to Retail Fertilizer and Ag customers in Western Illinois. Will cover the following counties: Menard, Sangamon, Montgomery, Bond, Madison, Macoupin, Morgan, Cass, Schuyler, Brown, Pike, Scott, Greene, Jersey, Adams, Calhoun, and Christian County.

• Focus on providing viable equipment solutions to our Retail Fertilizer and Agriculture customer base.
• Achieve maximum sales (new/ used) and profitability in assigned territory by working with both existing customers and targeting new accounts.
• Appropriately allocate call frequency between existing customer base and opportunity accounts.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports, sales forecasts, and sales quotes.
• Evaluate used equipment to assess trade values.

• Two-year college degree preferred or a minimum of five years of machinery sales experience.
• Must have a firm understanding of the Application and Ag equipment market, and knowledge to effectively sell new/used machines and assess trade values.
• Computer literate especially with programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to successfully operate/demonstrate Application Equipment.
• Must be able to train & educate customers on machine operations and demonstrate "Value Added" selling techniques and models.
• Strong financial negotiating skills needed.
• Must be organized and possess strong time management skills.

Power the data centers, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities of tomorrow-designing both rugged rental products and stationary generator-set packages that keep them online. As an Engineering Detailer/Drafter you'll work in a unique manufacturing and dealer environment, leveraging AutoCAD and Inventor skills to create and detail drawings for parts, weldments and assemblies.

• Create clear 2D/3D drawings for skids, bases, enclosures, fuel/cooling/exhaust, and wiring layouts using company CAD standards.
• Turn engineer/customer inputs into buildready fabrication drawings and BOMs.
• Work with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and the Fab Shop to resolve questions and keep drawings productionready.
• Keep drawing sets current-apply redlines, revisions, and asbuilt updates; maintain files and version control.

• 2+ years of experience with Inventor and Autocad in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Caterpillar toolsets (CAT ET, CAT Monitoring Software, SIS Web, TMI, EDDC) is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of diesel- and natural-gas generator sets is preferred, not required.
• Expert-level 2D drafting in AutoCAD; 3D modeling experience required in the last year (Inventor preferred, or comparable platforms accepted)
• Microsoft Office.

Supporting the Caterpillar Dealer Power Rental network nationwide, this role is responsible for developing trusted relationships and delivering value-added solutions that enhance performance, extend equipment life, and meet evolving customer needs. • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power generation, rental equipment, or industrial solutions.
• Knowledge of generator sets, control systems, and power packaging is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar power products and the power rental industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close consultative sales in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

• Knowledgeable in joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
  
• Perform various welding processes to repair, modify and install various pipes, structures, foundations and fittings associated with shipboard hydraulic, pneumatic and water systems.
  
• Fabricate and install fixtures and jigs required for welding process alignments.
  
• Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
  
• Must be able to select required welding filler materials, joint design, heat ranges and most effective or required welding process/procedure to ensure quality welding operations IAW TWD.
  
• Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness and adherence to NAVSEA, ABS & AWS standards. Installs or repairs equipment, such as pipes, valves, floors and tank linings.
  
• Leads technical project teams, schedules, reports and briefs customers and senior management.
  
• Performs duties outside of specialty in order to complete installation or work assignment.
  
• Experience in SMAW, GMAW & GTAW, Ship Fitting and OXY ACC & Propane GAS Cutting torch.
  
• Able to weld multiple types, thicknesses & sizes of pipe, plate & bar material in horizontal, overhead and/or vertical positions.

• Must possess a high school, trade or vocational school degree
  
• 5-10 years of direct experience in ship repair and installation of HM&E systems and equipment
  
• Ability to read and interpret ship installation drawings, installation specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items is preferred

• Must have the ability to obtain base access and security credentials
  
• Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 30 lbs
  
• Ability to work on and climb ladders, work in extreme temperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces

• Create manufacturing work instructions and processes. Research and analyze existing parts production, systems, subsystems, equipment to improve performance, reliability, quality and cost.
  
• Safely develop / produce advanced programs, tooling, fixturing and procedure instructions for Makino, Fanuc, and EDM machine tools accordingly.
  
• Proposes technology improvements in machine control software, operations and automation. Programming Renishaw probe measurement systems
  
• Works with other employees to provide support and training with regard to machine shop procedures, ISO 9001 documentation, production equipment, and company policies/procedures.
  
• Follows up with Machinist to ensure accuracy of Program. Performs trouble shooting and identifies common machine problems.
  
• Justifies purchase support tooling and equipment for programs
  
• Conducts floor technical assistance and training for machinists.
  
• Assist in machine tool evaluation procurement.
  
• Assists, develops and maintains tools to be used for continuous improvements throughout the company.
  
• Assists in technical software training for all programmers and Machine shop personnel if needed for the Milling department
  
• Able to create/edit and maintain access/excel data bases for use on the shop floor.
  
• Coordinates programmers, notifies of any changes to software or processes that may need to be implemented.
  
• May assist in floor layout plans.
  
• Ability to create CNC programs, tooling, fixturing and AS9102 work instructions for 3,4, and 5 axis work for CNC Milling department.

• Associates degree in mechanical technologies or equivalent experience.

• Local Product Delivery: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver manufactured products to local customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products onto and off of delivery vehicles using proper lifting and handling techniques, ensuring that items are secured and protected during transit.
• Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency, taking into consideration traffic conditions and delivery schedules.
• Product Inspection: Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and other required documentation, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and organized.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow established procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance of delivery vehicles, reporting any maintenance needs to the maintenance team promptly.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team, providing updates on delivery progress and any issues that may arise.
