General job duties for all store team members

Climbing. Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. Additional job details stooping/bending forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/squatting performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72 occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Construction Laborer with expertise in carpentry and concrete work to join our team. This position will involve assisting with a variety of heavy civil construction projects such as roadways, bridges, and infrastructure, . Responsibilities:

 Carpentry Work:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wooden beams, boards, and other materials used in construction.

• You will drive contractor engagement and develop your assigned market by converting new customers to our suite of premier exterior surfaces products and also driving loyalty by meeting with existing contractors to increase our share
• Promote and sell exterior surfaces building products (Vinyl Siding, Stone, Metal, Trim, Accessories) within the assigned geographical territory
• Maintain a comprehensive sales database to track customer information and sales activities
• Attend sales meetings as outlined by the Sales Manager, both with in the territory and out of state for larger sales meetings throughout the year
• Evaluate competition, market share, regional trends and provide insights on pricing and programs to cross functional teams
• Address product quality issues and field-related problems in a timely manner with customer service, warranty and quality teams
• Collaborate with local distribution representatives to identify opportunities

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $75,000 + commission + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in either Whitefish, MT or Bozeman, MT. The Waterproofer will be responsible for applying waterproofing and dampproofing materials to a variety of surfaces, preparing surfaces for waterproofing applications, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining tools and equipment. The Waterproofer will also be required to follow project specifications and timelines, and may need to work in various weather conditions. Work is a mix of residential and commercial/government jobsites throughout Western Montana.

Qualifications

• Experience with waterproofing and dampproofing techniques and materials (manufacturer certifications are preferred, but not necessary)
• Experience with flat roofing to include EPDM/TPO/PVC and other specialty project materials preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry (OSHA)
• Ability to prepare surfaces and apply waterproofing products
• Experience with premium waterproofing products such as American Hydrotech, GCP, GMX/Garland, Tremco, Sikka, WR Meadows, Henry, PolyGuard, Dow, and DuPont
• Ability to follow project specifications and timelines
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Previous construction experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Western Montana for project durations. (Housing and per diems provided)

This role oversees projects from estimating and planning through completion and is responsible for cost control, scheduling, procurement, and execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will also prepare detailed CAD drawings, including site layouts and surface models, to support construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pricing.
• Develop detailed CAD drawings, including site layouts and surface models for construction projects.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and submittals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee daily project operations and coordinate with Superintendents and Foremen.
• Track costs, manage change orders, and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

The Paint / Prime–Finisher Specialist is responsible for performing high‑quality painting, priming, finishing, and surface preparation on commercial and residential restoration projects. This role supports exterior and interior scopes including sanding, masking, patching, coating application, waterproofing, stucco repairs, and concrete finishing. The ideal candidate brings skilled labor experience, follows quality standards, and completes detailed finishing tasks with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform priming, painting, and finish‑coat application on various building surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, pressure washing, and applying primers.
• Mask doors, windows, hardware, railing systems, and other components to ensure clean lines and professional finishes.
• Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers according to specifications.
• Assist with related scopes including waterproofing, stucco patching, concrete repair, and railing touch‑ups as needed.
• Mix paints and coatings to correct consistency and color as required.
• Operate tools such as sprayers, sanders, grinders, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
• Work from scaffolding, ladders, lifts, and swing stages when necessary.
