About Laced Up

Laced Up is one of the largest limited-edition sneaker and streetwear retailers in the tri-state area, with 6+ locations across New York and New Jersey. We're scaling our live commerce operation on TikTok Shop and looking for a motivated, fast-learning operator to own the backend of every stream.

About the role

Live commerce is one of the fastest growing channels in retail right now, and you'd be getting in early. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn the backend of a real TikTok Shop operation, from production to performance analytics, while working with a brand that already has serious retail presence in the market.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lighting, audio, and streaming equipment before and during each stream
• Monitor live TikTok Shop metrics (GMV, viewers, add-to-cart rates) and flag what matters
• Feed real-time coaching cues to on-camera hosts to keep conversion moving
• Prep and stage sets and inventory ahead of every stream
• Help build and improve our stream run-of-show process as we grow

What we're looking for

• Comfortable on TikTok and familiar with how live content works
• Cool under pressure, this role moves fast and things will go wrong
• A self-starter who learns quickly without needing hand-holding
• Strong communicator who can give direction without creating chaos
• Recent grad or current student welcome

Nice to have

• Any experience with live streaming, A/V, or video production (school projects count)
• Passion for sneakers or streetwear
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or live commerce

Perform service and repairs on Caterpillar and other types of heavy equipment.

• Trouble-shoot and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical and all other systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Operate equipment in a safe manner to find diagnostic errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors.
• Complete service reports in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned

• Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of three years' experience required.
• Must have engine, electrical & hydraulic diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair skills.
• Computer literate. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment in the shop.
• Must be a self-starter with good time management
• Excellent planning & organizational skills required
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends when needed.
• Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 75-100lbs and provide your own tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).

This position works in a shop/warehouse environment. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75-100lbs. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. May intermittently sit at a desk for a period of time to answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. • Perform in shop service and repairs at our West Branch, Iowa location.
• Focusing primarily on Terragators, Rogators, Spra Coupe, Cat Lexion Combines, Challenger tractors and other Cat AG products.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical and all other systems.
• May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.

• Successful completion of a formal technical training program preferred or 2 years of AG machinery knowledge and experience required.
• Electrical and hydraulic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills needed.
• Basic computer skills are needed especially with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and CAT Programs.
• Must have knowledge and previous experience working with parts books.
• Possess good communication skills and able to lift 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends when needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be a self-starter and able to adapt to change.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).

This position works the majority of time in the equipment shop. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75 lbs. At times you may be required to move/operate equipment to figure out what maintenance needs to be performed. The noise level in the shop environment is usually moderate to high. This position also spends a portion of time in an office environment. May, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Must be flexible to work Saturdays and overtime as needed. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
