General Description:
Provides sales and product support to assigned sales agencies and to Sternberg Regional Sales Managers. Position reports to the Manager of Inside Sales.
Essential Functions of the job:
β’ Manage the day to day Account Management functions which include:
β’ Quoting
β’ Order processing
β’ Pipeline tracking
β’ Agent support
β’ Drawing requests
β’ Photometric requests
β’ Product support and design advice
β’ Manage personal workload as well as provide backup for the team when needed.
β’ Support RSMs as needed.
β’ Support agents/projects with field visits on occasion.
β’ Support Director of Inside Sales and VP of Sales Operations with operational feedback and suggestions for improvement within the department.
β’ Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
Jonathan Sternberg, P.C., a nationwide civil and criminal appellate practice based in Kansas City, seeks an associate attorney for its downtown office.
We represent businesses and individuals in complex civil and criminal appeals and related litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.
The associate's responsibilities will include compiling and analyzing trial and administrative records, researching legal issues, drafting appellate briefs and motions, assisting with hearings and oral arguments, and supporting other litigation matters as needed.
The position offers the opportunity to work extensively on appeals and related litigation, and to develop advanced research and writing skills in a demanding but collegial environment.
Candidates must:
- have at least two years of litigation experience, demonstrating a stable work history
- be licensed and in good standing in both Missouri and Kansas
- possess excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- demonstrate strong organizational and time-management ability
- be proficient in Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with appellate litigation and criminal post-conviction proceedings is strongly preferred.
Starting salary with performance-based bonuses that typically bring total compensation into the $100,000-$120,000 range. The position also includes health and vision insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan after one year of employment.
