- Manage high-risk obstetric anesthesia cases, including urgent and emergent scenarios (neuraxial anesthesia: spinal/epidural, emergent C-section coverage)
- Deliver anesthesia services across a broad surgical case mix, including pediatric and neuro/head cases as needed
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and document care thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Monitor patients intraoperatively, manage airway and hemodynamics, and oversee emergence and PACU handoff

Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assists physicians with examinations and procedures to serve the medical needs of patients with various health conditions in a professional, confidential, and caring manner. PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.
2. *Maintains flow of patients in accordance with time of appointment in order to avoid delays for the provider and undue waiting for patients.
3. *Keeps the exam rooms clean, disinfected and stocked with necessary supplies.
4. *Obtains vital signs, reason for visit, allergies and list of medications from the patient and prepares patient for the visit.
5. *Assists the medical provider with all examinations and procedures.
6. *Schedules outpatient follow-up procedures/ appointments and specialty appointments.
7. *Collects subjective and objective data and contributes to the assessment of the patient; documents appropriately in the patient chart.
8. *Makes accurate and timely observations and documents changes in the patients condition in the patient chart.

Performs a variety of x-ray procedures to include diagnostic, fluoro, OR/C-Arm. Additional duties may include EKG, phlebotomy, obtaining vital signs and other tasks as needed. Rotating call. Assists with room set up and keeps the patient care areas well stocked. The Radiologic Technologist, under general supervision of a Radiologist, performs radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with established protocols.
Safely operates a variety of mobile and stationary x-ray units to produce high quality images under the supervision of a Radiologist and in accordance with ALARA principles.
