In this key Manufacturing Engineer Technician onsite role, you will perform preventative maintenance, calibration, change overs in Z-prep area and perform preventive maintenance for tooling (SMT & BE process) and other specialty support equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Location: This role will be based on-site at one of our St. Petersburg Florida Facilities located in Seminole, FL specializing in Renewable Energy
What will you do?
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust SMT equipment while ensuring high quality and process stability.
- Perform setups, changeovers, and material verification for each process step.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on:
- Laser marking systems
- Glue dispensing machines (CAMALOT)
- Screen printers (DEK)
- SPI systems (KOH YOUNG)
- Pick & place machines (FUJI NXT, AIM)
- Reflow ovens (ITW/VITRONIC)
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to solder paste printing, component placement, inspection, and reflow profiling.
- Create, modify, and optimize SMT programs (FUJI, CAMALOT, DEK, etc.).
- Document downtime, maintenance activities, root cause analysis, and improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve OEE, yields, CP/CPK, and reduce rework.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ESD controls, and manufacturing best practices.
- Cover overtime requirements as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Electronics Industry Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred not required or equivalent - experience.
- Six months of demonstrated experience, ideally 2 plus years.
- Must have experience with at least one of the below:

Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensure:
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience:
- One year of recent bed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg.
- For all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.) a minimum of two years of recent bed-side LPN experience.
- Preferred Experience: Epic experience
- Certifications (Must have to start) :
- For Med Surg (MS) - BLS
- For Critical Care (CC) - BLS, ACLS
- For Emergency Department (ED) - BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- IV certification required
- Physical Requirements/Demands:
- Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds

The Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the overall merchandise presentation in multiple markets. You will travel frequently throughout assigned markets and conduct store visits to guarantee an exemplary presentation of all brands and ensure store teams are well-trained in maintaining DTLR Visual Merchandising standards. The role of Senior Visual Merchandiser is fast-
paced and requires frequent travel. It is necessary to have a strong passion for merchandising standards with a keen understanding of the DTLR brand to create extraordinary window and in-store displays to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Responsible for multiple markets to create and maintain a compelling merchandise presentation that will engage customer experience and stimulate sales activity.
β’ Analyze historical sales performance and use to influence merchandising strategies for anniversary time periods.
β’ Complete daily walkthroughs at store using Workforce Experience app to ensure visual merchandising is kept to the highest standards.
β’ Submit daily photo postings in Workforce Experience app to show before and after work to be reviewed by Regional Visual Merchandising Manager
β’ Re-merchandise apparel and footwear setups, window presentations, in-store displays and point of sale area to maximize product sell through.
β’ Coordinate with Regional Visual Merchandising Manager in determining specific visual needs such as fixtures, lighting, photos, signage, and pricing concepts, point of sale, and execution of critical marketing campaigns.
β’ Implement the companyβs visual merchandising directives throughout the stores, but not limited to specialty concept with specific vendor compliance.
β’ Communicate with Store Managers and District Managers regarding each store visual merchandising successes and opportunities.
β’ Must provide daily and concise follow-through on all areas of merchandising via email.
β’ Must provide in the moment training to motivate and coach store teams about visual merchandising standards and maintenance.
β’ Lead and support visual merchandising aspects of new store openings/store remodels.
β’ May act as a lead or point-of-contact upon request from higher-level management.
β’ Understands merchandise flow standards; backroom organization and how it effects floor set execution, replenishment and recovery and the overall in-store brand experience.
β’ Partner with the Buying Teamto understand key merchandising strategies and communicate inventory levels or issues.
β’ Partner with RVMs, RMs and DMs in holding store team accountable for the visual maintenance of the store and assist with executing visual directives.
