Position Summary

The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving a variety of products to our guests. This position exemplifies excellent service and creates a positive atmosphere in our dining locations. The cocktail server requires thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor), competence in service procedures and commitment to guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

  • Ensure friendly greeting to all guests while served within established procedures and standards
  • Proficient in all bar menus and can describe all menu items to a guest if/when necessary

  • Accountable for securing payment from guest

Position Summary

The Employee Dining Room Cook II participates in the preparation, production & service of menu items according to the direction of their Manager. The Cook II is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items following established recipes and safety standards.
