Graphic Design Assistant/CAD Artist - APPAREL

Full-time, In-office M-F

Specific Responsibilities

• Work closely with our team of graphic designers and apparel designers to create digital CAD boards for presentations, internal documentation and sales requests.
• Work closely with costing to ensure that cost sheets are 100% accurate with correct art code, colorway and cad representation, updating CADs for cost sheets as necessary
• Reviews costing packages with Art Manager to facilitate approvals for color, scale, placement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our target customers to inform design decisions.
• Request patterns from patternmaker for approval of scale and placement for graphics.
• Organize and maintain graphic design resource library and approval library
• Photograph and tag graphic proto samples.
• Strong desire to contribute to original graphic art requests, brainstorming sessions, researching design trends, etc.
• Provide support to graphic designers and apparel design team as needed.
• Drop-off/Pick-up as needed & other duties as assigned

Himalaya Wellness USA LTD, a dietary supplement and personal care company, is seeking an experienced and highly driven Director of Supply Chain & Operations to oversee its supply chain for The Americas region (North & South America). This role will manage all aspects of the supply chain including planning, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management to ensure sales continuity in The Americas Region. Additionally, this role will oversee operations at Himalaya’s facility in Sugar Land and any outsourced partners. The Director of Supply Chain & Operations will report to the VP of Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall supply chain and operations strategy.
• Develop and implement an effective strategic supply chain plan.
• De-risk potential supply shortages and identify and validate secondary source vendors.
• Manage demand planning to ensure healthy inventory levels across all geographies.
• Manage relationships with retail distribution centers globally to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of all retail POs.
• Monitor Amazon and other e-commerce fulfillment performance to ensure all orders are shipped on time, in full, and within desired service levels.
• Provide input and intelligence on ingredient sourcing in collaboration with Manufacturing and Procurement.

The Opportunity

The Acquisitions Coordinator supports the Land Bank’s acquisitions team by managing property programs, coordinating real estate transactions, and maintaining tracking systems that help move properties back into productive use. This role is highly operational and offers the opportunity to take ownership of key workflows while working cross-functionally with internal teams, municipalities, and community stakeholders.

A primary focus of this role is ownership of the Side Yard Program, managing the process from initial inquiry through recorded deed. Reporting to the acquisitions team, this position provides hands-on experience in property transactions, land banking operations, and neighborhood redevelopment efforts.

The Position - Essential Responsibilities and Functions

• Own and manage the Side Yard Program from inquiry through recorded deed, including outreach to adjacent property owners, securing municipal approvals, preparing agreements, coordinating transfers, and tracking outcomes.
• Coordinate property transfers and recordings, working across Legal, Field Service, Finance, and municipal partners to ensure complete documentation and timely closings.
• Support property acquisition and disposition workflows, including affidavit coordination, parcel research, and transaction tracking from initiation through completion.
• Monitor and manage intake channels, including requests related to the tax foreclosure process, ensuring all requests are logged, routed, and followed through to resolution.
• Maintain and report on vacant land inventory and acquisition tracking tools, including PPS and related reporting systems, to support planning and decision-making.
• Support cross-department operations, including preparation of internal invoices and contributing to improvements in tracking systems and workflows.
• Engage with residents, property owners, municipalities, and community stakeholders to facilitate program participation and ensure clear, professional communication throughout the process.
• Utilize systems and tools such as Excel, PPS, NST, and Trello to manage workflows, track data, and maintain accurate property records.
