To be successful in this position, the Attorney must have knowledge of all aspects of handling a personal injury claim, particularly matters involving the claims process, to include managing caseloads, developing new business, and negotiating settlements and settlement disbursements including subrogation claims, liens and/or other third-party interests. Our client have a large number of data center projects happening across the US and one of the roles they require is a Commissioning Manager who can help drive the growth of these projects.

The right person will:
- Have 5+ years of commissioning experience
- Ideally have worked in a mission critical environment, though they will also consider people from a Navy / Nuclear background
- Be able to work on site in one of the 4x above locations
- Be open to working in a contract capacity, earning an hourly rate, per diem (if you need to travel to be on site) and entitled to OT as well
- Have the right to work in the US on a W2 - no sponsorship is provided and C2C is not available

What you'll do
You plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time. You communicate clearly, solve problems as they come up, and adapt to changes on the road or in the plan.
You handle all required paperwork and electronic logs accurately and follow all DOT, state, and company guidelines.
You safely operate your tractor-trailer, inspecting it before, during, and after each trip to keep it in top shape.

Minimum Qualifications
Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire.
Minimum of 30 months (2.5 years) experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years (36 months).
