Position Overview

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory, Sourcing, and Product Manager to lead and execute new product launches, supplier strategies, and inventory management optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Launch

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of new product launches from concept through market introduction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and launch objectives are met.
• Monitor product documentation, specifications, and lifecycle management processes.

Sourcing & Supplier Strategy

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and reliable supply.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and quality standards.

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory planning and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
• Implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, turnover, and supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze inventory data and trends to inform purchasing and product planning decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align inventory strategies with demand and budget targets.

Operational Improvement

• Develop and refine systems, tools, and reporting to improve product sourcing and inventory management processes.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and operational efficiencies across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, sourcing, inventory management, or supply chain roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience using inventory or ERP systems
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Experience leading new product launches or product lifecycle management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail

About the Role: The Personal Injury Intake Attorney will be responsible for assessing potential personal injury claims, conducting initial client consultations, determining case viability, and ensuring a smooth and professional intake experience. This is a client-facing role requiring sharp legal judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to efficiently evaluate cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed intake interviews with prospective clients via phone, video, or in-person
• Oversee an intake team of client service coordinators
• Review evidence, medical records, police reports, and supporting documents to determine case strength
• Provide initial legal guidance and explain the firm’s representation process
• Decide on case acceptance or rejection in accordance with firm criteria
• Draft and review engagement agreements and intake documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized records in the case management system
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys for seamless handoff of accepted cases
• Ensure all intake interactions reflect professionalism, empathy, and compliance with ethical rules

Job Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active and good-standing license to practice law in NC, VA or SC
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury, civil litigation, or related field (intake experience a plus)
• Strong analytical and case-evaluation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment

Women who choose to become gestational carriers provide an extraordinary gift to help build a family. Many individuals and couples are unable to carry a pregnancy on their own for medical or personal reasons, and surrogates play a vital role in helping make parenthood possible.

At Gift of Life Surrogacy Agency, we guide and support our carriers every step of the way. If you are considering becoming a surrogate, it is important to understand both the medical process and the emotional journey involved. Our team ensures you are fully informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience.

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.
