The Program Manager must possess skills in leadership and personnel management. GME Program Managers are expected to develop unique knowledge of the ACGME Core and Program Requirements, policies, and procedures. The program managers assist in accreditation efforts, educational programming, and support of residents/fellows. Responsible for recruiting and on-boarding trainees, developing projects, managing program financials, maintaining databases, communicating with faculty and trainees and managing internal and external program relations. - Finance: Reviews program budget for accuracy; Tracks resident/fellow professional development account; Tracks program spending for accuracy and to ensure budget compliance; Works with ADGME to prepare mid-year projections; Makes resident/fellow travel arrangements; Prepares resident/fellow reimbursement reports.
- Policies & Procedures: Distributes policies/procedures; Understands policies/procedures and is able to interpret accurately for residents/fellows.
- HR: Tracks leaves of absences; Submits ACGME temporary increase; Collects credentialing documentation; Analyzes letters of recommendation for appropriateness; Monitors licensure, life support training, and mandatories; Approves and tracks time off (vacations, conference time, sick days, etc.); Writes required documentation for J-1 visa submissions; Advises on effects of LOA to the individual resident's/fellow's training program; Provides guidance and assists residents/fellows with administrative matters.

Position Overview
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the organized, on-time execution of all projects originating from the marketing department, as well as cross-functional initiatives that require marketing coordination. - Own the end-to-end tracking and coordination of all active marketing projects using Asana, ensuring that tasks, owners, deadlines, and dependencies are clearly documented and consistently maintained.
- Facilitate project intake, scoping, and prioritization in partnership with the Director of Marketing, establishing clear timelines and resource requirements before work begins.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for cross-functional projects that involve marketing alongside retail operations, production, wholesale, or other departments, keeping all parties informed and accountable.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the depth of demonstrated project management expertise. The Opportunity
The Acquisitions Coordinator supports the Land Bank’s acquisitions team by managing property programs, coordinating real estate transactions, and maintaining tracking systems that help move properties back into productive use. The Position - Essential Responsibilities and Functions
- Own and manage the Side Yard Program from inquiry through recorded deed, including outreach to adjacent property owners, securing municipal approvals, preparing agreements, coordinating transfers, and tracking outcomes.
- Coordinate property transfers and recordings, working across Legal, Field Service, Finance, and municipal partners to ensure complete documentation and timely closings.
- Support property acquisition and disposition workflows, including affidavit coordination, parcel research, and transaction tracking from initiation through completion.
- Monitor and manage intake channels, including requests related to the tax foreclosure process, ensuring all requests are logged, routed, and followed through to resolution.
- Maintain and report on vacant land inventory and acquisition tracking tools, including PPS and related reporting systems, to support planning and decision-making.

While this role does not set creative direction, it supports these roles by managing production logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and workflow systems that enable efficient execution of photo and video content.
As product SKU count and creative deliverables continue to grow, this role provides centralized ownership of production coordination, scheduling, and logistics, enabling the creative team to focus on high-quality creative execution while ensuring efficient workflows and reliable delivery of assets.
A key responsibility of this role is developing and managing a centralized production tracking system (preferably in ) that supports milestone tracking, project visibility, and coordination across the creative team.

Responsibilities –
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Manage production schedules for all photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and product launches.
Maintain a centralized production calendar tracking shoots, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
Coordinate timelines across still and video projects to support efficient production planning and asset delivery.
Identify opportunities to streamline production by coordinating multiple asset needs within shoots and supporting efficient use of production resources.

Pre-Production Coordination:
- Coordinate all pre-production logistics for shoots, including booking models, talent, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.

This role ensures projects are properly set up, documented, tracked, and supported from pre-construction through closeout using Aspire ERP and RL’s internal systems.
As a key support partner to the Senior Project Manager and Landscape Construction Management Team, this position brings structure, organization, and accountability to every phase of a project.
