The Inventory Control Associate assists the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in maintaining overall store inventory control. As an expert of all inbound and outbound inventory activity and procedures, the Inventory Control Associate guarantees that the sales floor is fully stocked with merchandise to promote a positive customer experience and to support our sales goal objectives. Additionally, they support the RICS in ensuring the proper flow of merchandise to the sales floor and accuracy of inventory to support the replenishment of goods in the system, completing required documentation & system processes in a timely fashion and maintaining the stock room in a clean and organized manner.

What You Will Do

  • Lead automation projects from concept through start-up, delivering safe, reliable, cost-effective machine and process controls solutions.
  • Gather requirements from production, maintenance, safety, and quality teams, then create complete engineering-package documentation (drawings, bill of materials, functional specs, FAT/SAT plans).
  • Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, servo, VFD, and edge-device architectures, integrating sensors, vision, and robotics into high-speed packaging lines.
  • Manage vendors and procurement—evaluate suppliers, generate purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure equipment meets scope and schedule.
  • Track budgets and timelines, report project status, and proactively remove roadblocks to hit milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement through kaizen events, data analytics, and root-cause problem solving to boost OEE and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Support installation, start-up, and operator training on-site, with up to 30 percent travel to sister facilities as needed.


What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Automation Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, machine controls, or advanced manufacturing (co-op or internship experience counts).
  • Proficiency with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs, HMI development, industrial networking, and common protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, I/O-Link, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 79, OSHA machine-safety standards, lean / six-sigma tools, and capital-project management.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and mentoring peers.

This is an exciting Global Expatriate opportunity responsible for leading Quality Control microbiology activities within a state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Initially an individual contributor within the QC Bioassay and Microbial Support function, this role will evolve into a leadership position overseeing QC microbiology testing and contamination control programs. Your roles and responsibilities will include:


Environmental & Utility Monitoring Program Development

  • Design, implement, and validate environmental and utility monitoring programs aligned with global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, USP, EP, JP).
  • Establish sampling procedures and select monitoring points based on risk assessments, facility design, and product requirements.
  • Interpret microbiological data using statistical tools and recommend improvements.


Contamination Control & Process Microbiology

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proven Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality for our Composites Manufacturing site. To be successful as a Quality control Manager, you should be thorough and always available to assist when needed. Provide the leadership that sets the tone of how things should be done.

You will report to our Senior Quality Director & Continuous improvement, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all the manufacturing plant quality control activities.
  • Ensure the appropriate execution of all products quality inspections (Incoming, In-process, Final) per inspection plan.
  • Supervise 4 Quality Inspectors, provide guidance and feedback.
  • Monitor manufacturing and quality procedures execution to identify deviations from Quality standards.
  • Determine nonconformities and hold nonconform shipments.
  • Contact Suppliers to share products nonconformities or potential improvements. Follow-up on their corrective actions.
  • Ensure the follow-up of all procedures per Quality system.
  • Cooperate with production, engineering, and QA departments to inquire and solve any quality related issue. In addition, participate in the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure that all new and existent employes are well trained on Quality requirements accordingly per their work position.
  • Create and update Quality control documents as forms, procedures, and supplier quality requirements.
  • Audit the quality system of main Suppliers on site. Audit could be at qualification stage, periodically or as needed.
  • Cooperate with Senior Quality director to identify improvement opportunities and reduce non-quality costs.
