What you will do:
- Ensures daily operational compliance with the standards governing sterile processing activities from such agencies as The Joint Commission, OSHA, AORN, AAMI; as well as state and local ordinances
- Assists in coordination, facilitation and monitoring of new and existing sterile processing staff education, training and orientation via one-on-ones, huddles, staff meetings, in-services and formal orientation in collaboration with department leadership
- Assists with the maintenance, inventory, and implementation of newly acquired and existing instrument trays/sets, instruments, and supplies
- Collaboratively works with the appropriate staff to maintain accurate instrument count sheets and make revisions as necessary
- Provides analysis of reported data and recommendations for improvement
- Assists with identification of staff educational needs and development of programs

Job Summary: In conjunction with the Director of Surgical Services responsible for directing the hospital's Sterile Processing Department program. Oversees a wide variety of administrative, personnel, fiscal, and technical activities. Assures that the department will meet or exceed the TJC requirements and be maintained in a cost effective manner

Job Overview
Work cross functionally between product development and manufacturing engineering to develop & optimize new manufacturing processes and equipment that will be or has been transferred to production for commercial release.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Provide input to Product Development on new product designs to address Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Product Development, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Engineering to assure that project deliverables are communicated and agreed upon.
- Assess process failure risks and institute methods of detection and mitigation.
- Develop & optimize processes required for new products & equipment.
- Work with internal design/equipment engineers and/or outside equipment vendors to specify, purchase and develop new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Work with validation and quality engineers to develop validation plan for new equipment / processes.
- Maintain compliance to Quality System and regulations for new processes and equipment.
- Complete protocols and reports for Equipment Acceptance Testing (EAT), Installation Qualifications (IQ), and Operational Qualifications (OQ).
- Collaborate with other disciplines as needed to execute Performance Qualification (PQ) activities.
- Coordinate pilot production / pre-release manufacturing.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering to release new processes and equipment into production.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering to support new processes and equipment that have been recently released into production.
- Create and implement required documentation including but not limited to; equipment history files, manufacturing procedures, test methods, BOM's, routings, etc.
- Responsible for change orders (ECO/DCO's) required to release and/or update controlled items.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or other related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with developing and optimizing new manufacturing processes.
- Experience with introducing new equipment / processes into production.
- Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with process control & statistical analysis techniques.

Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Dairy (Yogurt) Processor based in Brattleboro.
In this position, the employee is responsible for processing yogurt bases. Perform CIPs and periodic equipment cleaning to ensure the highest quality standards. Receive, test, and separate raw milk, then enter test results and milk load data into SAP. Perform all raw CIPs and cleaning tasks as needed to support departmental requirements while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, perform all pasteurizer operator functions and the other duties listed below.
Full-time opportunity.
Schedule:
12-hourshifts: 6 pm-6 am
Week One: 3 Days on 4 days off
Week Two: 4 Days on, 3 days off

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Must be able to operate processing equipment, adhering to all quality assurance, productivity, OSHA, and safety standards.
- Must be able to assemble and disassemble equipment for proper cleaning / sanitizing and operating per manufacturer's instructions.
- Must monitor and control all temperatures, pressures, and flow of product throughout the processing cycle in accordance with established quality assurance standards.

The Deposit Processing Specialist is responsible for processing and verifying items for commercial, agriculture and consumer accounts accurately and timely in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment. This position includes data entry and research as well as creative problem solving with a willingness to cross train and learn additional roles within the department.
As a Deposit Processing Specialist, you will:
- Obtain your NCP (National Check Professional) credentials and continue your education to stay up to date on the regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction with internal customers while processes requests, questions, and issues related to all aspects of the Deposit Processing through email, phone, and chat service.
- Effective use of work on a computer to perform job duties and prioritize tasks in order of importance; ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Maintain compliance by following bank policies and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of processing duties which includes but is not limited to NSF decisions, non-posts, stop pays and cash letters procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of adjustments/corrections and check representments and chargeback items.
- Perform daily overdraft processing, stop/hold review, rejected item review within established time frames according to MACHA rules and bank processes and procedures.
- Review daily reports and general ledger account reconciliations. Make correction/adjustment entries as appropriate.
- Daily review of fraud software to identify potentially fraudulent checks. This includes communication with the frontline to educate and identify fraudulent items.
- Daily review of classification/indexing software to process all documents in a timely manner.
- Identity and suggest process improvements for daily tasks and department functions.
- Act as an internal resource for unusual situation/problem investigation and resolution activities associated with UFS, TMR, PSI Capture, ASV and Bankers Bank when Deposit Processing Team Lead is not available.
- Take ownership of projects and/or procedure to assist the Team Lead.
- Provide necessary reporting to Deposit Processing Supervisor and/or Deposit Processing Team Lead.

Client's Process Technologies & Development team is seeking a highly motivated contractor to play a foundational role in establishing and operationalizing a new Primary Container Development Laboratory. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who enjoys building systems from the ground up and maintaining high standards of scientific rigor.
The contractor will support the setup of the new lab facility, ensure equipment is properly installed, qualified, and maintained, and develop organizational systems to keep laboratory operations running smoothly. The role also involves operating a wide range of laboratory equipment, designing and executing high-quality experiments, supporting method readiness, and maintaining scientific excellence.
This position directly supports development workflows involving container closure systems, device interface evaluations, product compatibility studies, and process characterization.
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Operations & Equipment Expertise
- Support the setup and launch of the new Process Technologies & Development lab, including workspace organization, equipment installation support, and qualification readiness.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a broad range of primary container and analytical laboratory equipment, including:
- Leak detection systems
- Headspace analyzers
- Optical and particle counting microscopes
- MicroCT scanners
- Automatic filling equipment
- Filtration and mixing tanks
- Balances and related instrumentation
- Independently refine and develop laboratory processes and equipment workflows to improve efficiency, robustness, and usability.

Minimum Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience designing and executing experiments with strong attention to detail and scientific rigor.

The Utilities and Processing Manager is responsible for leading the performance, reliability, and compliance of all plant utility, environmental, and milk processing systems. This role oversees cross-functional maintenance teams, drives energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives, and manages complex capital and operational projects from planning through execution. The manager ensures utility operations-including HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, glycol, electrical distribution, and wastewater systems-are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory and corporate standards. In addition, the role provides technical leadership for milk processing systems, ensuring consistent product quality, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. This position collaborates closely with internal teams, contractors, and external regulatory partners to support operational excellence, long-term asset health, and site-wide performance goals.
Project Management:
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serve as a point of contact for all project personnel, (contractors, internal support resources, etc.), to ensure teams remain in synergy. Communicate with internal and external business partners to keep the project aligned with their goals and targets. Performing quality control on the project throughout execution to maintain the standards expected. Adjust project schedules, targets, milestones, project financing, and escalations as needed.
Plant Utility Systems:
Drive plant utility efficiencies to positively impact energy savings in line with Sustainable Environmental goals. Supervise and manage the Utilities Maintenance Department to provide technical oversight for utility systems including HVAC, ammonia refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, glycol systems, and electrical distribution. Lead energy conservation efforts, manage plant utility projects, and partner with other business partners to ensure compliance with plant standards for all non-utility related projects.
Environmental Systems:
Provide technical assistance and oversight for the Industrial Pretreatment Facility, (WWTP), as well as all other Plant Utility Environmental Compliance. Oversee the execution of all environmental contracts, audits, and submit regulatory documents to ensure compliance. Manage 3rd party environmental contractors and align with corporate sustainability manager(s) for corporate sustainability initiatives.
Milk Processing Systems:
Directly manage the Maintenance resources for all Milk Processing systems. Establish mid- and long-term preventative maintenance plans to ensure the reliability of these systems. Including, but not limited to Raw incoming milk, Ingredient batching, Pasteurization, and CIP systems. Adhere to all Quality and PMO standards. Partner with Internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to successfully execute continuous improvements and reliability initiatives.

- Oversee and execute Utility and Processing project(s) development, execution, and project and Maintenance budgets.
- Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality as defined in plant and department procedures

- Supervise and oversee utility operations to ensure Utility Systems and Processing technical teams are staffed and operated in an effective manner and that all are within applicable permit limits.

Experience

Certifications and specific knowledge
- The following certifications are preferred for this role: Wastewater Systems certification, Boiler Operator, and Ammonia Operator.
- Experience with ammonia systems and Process Safety Management (PSM) for ammonia systems
- Experience with high-pressure boiler systems, operations, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in safety and environmental processes to maintain a manufacturing facility in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and execute inventory and preventative maintenance demands daily.
- Proven ability to take initiative and establish processes and programs while working independently.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, develop, review performance, and motivate subordinates.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and a maintenance-based software system.
