We are seeking a Warehouse Personnel professional to support daily warehouse operations, material handling, and basic system updates. This role requires someone who can work independently and manage day-to-day tasks without on-site supervision.

Akkodis is seeking an Electronic Test Technician for a client located at Binghamton NY. This is a 12-month contract Position.

Pay Range: $15 - $25/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Perform a variety of complex technical functions related to the assembly, test and troubleshoot of PCBAs.

• Run Genrad Test and Flying Probe Test Machines.

• Perform troubleshooting of failed PCBAs and PCBAs removed from top level assemblies, to the component level. Utilize assembly prints, mechanical part drawings, schematics, and electronic equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, frequency counters, pressure indicators, etc.

• Effectively perform, document and communicate the results of the failure analysis.

• Depending on focus area, must understand electronic component functionality and interpret and follow electrical schematics or may need the ability to interpret mechanical assembly prints.

• Familiar with Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) testing concepts.

• Proficient in the use of various electronic devices, such as power supplies and meters.

• Assist in the development of production documentation such as work instructions and troubleshoot aids.

• Perform minor repair and maintenance of production and/or test equipment.

• Provide training to production operators and technicians.

• Commitment to customer and business focus in areas such as quality of work, attendance and productivity. Overtime may be required.

• Learn job duties within assigned area; Repair product and contribute toward production goals

• High School Diploma or GED required. AAS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology desired.

• Two (2) Years prior experience in Production and/or Manufacturing. Experience in the manufacturing/testing/troubleshooting of analog and digital circuits in Aircraft Instruments or other Electronics is desired.

• Effective interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills and abilities to effectively work with others

Position Summary

The Construction Project Manager – Facilities plans and leads facility construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects from concept to handover. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards, regulations, and operational needs. The manager works with Facilities, Engineering, Operations, IT, SHE, Security, and external partners to support manufacturing, engineering, and office environments with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑lifecycle facility projects (planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout) and define scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, SHE, Security, and IT to align requirements and reduce impact on operations and production.
• Oversee capital projects such as facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, lab and manufacturing buildouts, and workplace renovations, tracking budgets and financial performance.
• Lead design reviews, manage procurement (RFPs, bid evaluations, contractor selection, contracts), and supervise construction progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes; partner with SHE to integrate safety and manage contractor compliance.
• Serve as primary project contact, communicate status, risks, budgets, and milestones, and lead project meetings and transitions to operations.
• Conduct site inspections, manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation, and oversee closeout, commissioning, and handover with lessons‑learned capture.

Skills and Qualifications

10–15 years managing commercial construction or facility infrastructure projects.

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar regulated environments preferred.

Proven experience from planning and design through construction completion.

Technical Knowledge

Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial construction and infrastructure projects (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, manufacturing/lab buildouts, renovations, space reconfigurations).

Tools & Systems

Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore (or similar), Primavera, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD/BIM tools.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.

Preferred Certifications

PMP, OSHA 30, PE or CCM.

Education
