As a Senior Accountant at Reliable Robotics, you will report to the Controller. You will take ownership of a wide breadth of accounting responsibilities to maintain and improve upon the processes and standards that will guide Reliable into the future. You'll work with stakeholders across the company and within the finance team, developing your experience to help set the direction for our financial governance.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for several accounting functions within the company. You will execute and maintain high-quality work to ensure accuracy and completeness while collaborating with outside parties on a variety of tasks detailed below:

• Support account reconciliations, flux analysis, and month end close activities

• Manage Day-to-day functions with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles

• Assist with our company's financial audits including audit schedule support

• Support consolidations with our company's subsidiary

• Prepare hourly & salaried payroll for semi-monthly processing

• Credit card and expense reimbursement program management

• Support data migration and UAT testing for ERP system implementation

• Coordinate tax filing compliance with outside tax compliance team: federal, state, etc.

Basic Success Criteria

• BA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

• CPA certification or Strong US GAAP knowledge

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, and laws

As a Senior Software Engineer - Engineering Productivity at Reliable Robotics, you will design, and implement software to support the development, analysis, and certification of automated aircraft systems. You will work closely with product owners and end users to develop solutions that enable and optimize engineering development workflows. The software you produce will be critical to the development and certification of the first fully autonomous aircraft.

Responsibilities

In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. You will supercharge the engineering organization's efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining tools and processes. You will work with other teams and stakeholders to establish technical and UX design requirements for these projects and own the "plan, code, build, test, release, deploy" lifecycle of these applications and services.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years experience with professional full stack web development in a team setting

As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The Flight Test and Integration team is responsible for multiple installation and test efforts at Reliable Robotics. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. The team is composed of individuals with experience developing experimental and certification products.

Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will verify the function and capabilities of modified flight control systems, for a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending up on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline

• 7+ years of experimental flight test experience

• Prior experience drafting test plans, test cards, test hazard analyses, and acting as test director during a flight/mission

• Experience with making aeronautical VHF radio calls

• Demonstrated ability to complete system-level risk assessments

As a Client Platform Engineer, you will be a part of our IT and Security team. Your work will have a key impact on the development of Reliable Robotic's internal infrastructure and processes. You will work as part of the IT and Security team towards building, deploying and managing tools. You will be working on building or improving existing automation to support standardization efforts, with a focus on end-user facing endpoints.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation of tools supporting the business internal needs and standards, as well as support of the IT related needs of our end-users. You will be involved in the design and implementation of tools and their supporting infrastructure, to improve the daily experience of our users across the entire business. This will include managing SaaS services, managing physical infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure to support the needs of the teams at Reliable. You will be responsible for identifying additional opportunities for standardization, improvement of the user experience, and training various teams, including the IT/Security teams you will be working on, for redundancy when new tooling is introduced.

Basic Success Criteria

• 5+ years of experience supporting business needs in IT

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Basic networking skills and understanding of basic network services (vlan/routing/wifi/dhcp/dns/etc)

• Previous management of in-office infrastructure (wifi, printing, etc)

• Experience with MDM platforms to manage Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) and Windows 11 devices

You'll play a critical role in the build, operation, integration, test, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of highly reliable systems, including electro-mechanical assemblies, wiring harnesses, components, and subassemblies. You'll also help with the installation of those systems onto aircraft. Your work will support various product development phases such as prototype, research and development, aircraft certification, and recurring production. Basic Success Criteria

• 7+ years of professional experience building and testing electromechanical assemblies, fabrication, integration, or mechanical assembly experience

We're looking for a broadly experienced individual to apply their electrical engineering and software automation skills to develop robust test solutions for complex hardware in a safety-critical environment. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests

• Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs
