The Berkeley School of Education (BSE) is generating an applicant pool of qualified, temporary, part-time non-tenure track lecturers to teach in its undergraduate programs for the 2025-2026 academic year. Screening of applicants begins immediately and continues as needed. Applicants may be selected from this pool for up to one year; positions may be for the Summer 2025, Fall 2025 ,Spring 2026 and/or Summer 2026 semesters. The number of positions varies from semester to semester and may be renewed based on need and funding availability.

Teaching Responsibilities: We are seeking outstanding lecturers who can teach/co-teach courses in the school's undergraduate education programs and supervise studies in field placements. Working within assigned areas, performs on-going Planned Maintenance (PM)and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of high-level diagnostic and therapeutic imaging equipment used throughout the healthcare facility.  Assists in the planning and installation of diagnostic and therapeutic imaging equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Meets target objectives and standards for timeliness and quality of Planned Maintenance (PM) schedules and repairs of general and specialized clinical equipment. 

Responsible for maintenance, repair and servicing of specialized equipment in one or more of the following areas:  CT, MRI, PAC’s, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, angiography, and radiation therapy as assigned by Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager.

Orders parts and supplies, within established departmental guidelines, that are required for the emergency service and repair  of all radiological and general medical equipment. Recommend radiology related test equipment and spare equipment parts to the CE Manager.

Responsible for coordinating repairs with vendors and users when needed, this includes follow up paperwork and verification that issues are resolved.

Attends training session on imaging equipment maintenance and technology in order to keep up-to-date on technological and medical equipment advances.  Conducts in-service training sessions to radiology clinical/professional staff on proper use and safety of advanced radiology equipment.  Also, provides assistance and training to Biomedical Equipment Techs I, IIand  Senior Biomed as assigned.

Provides on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.

Maintains high level of customer satisfaction as demonstrated by customer satisfaction surveys.

Participates in teamwork by:   Keeping others informed.  Initiating group decision-making. Working to accomplish team objectives and projects.  Seeking feedback about one’s effectiveness as a team member.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

Minimum of Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in related field of medical electronics, electronic technology, imaging service technology or equivalent related military training and experience.  Certified Radiology Equipment Service (CRES) preferred but not required.

Five or more years of equivalent experience performing corrective and planned maintenance on nuclear medicine, diagnostic x-ray, therapeutic x-ray, ultrasound, or radiation therapy equipment, including but not limited to, R/F, Vascular/Specials, CT SIM, Mammography Units, PACS, Nuclear Cameras, Cath Lab, CT, etc.  Related experience operating complex testing equipment, including but not limited to high Voltage Bleeder or Dynalyzer, Densitometer, Non-Invasive KVp meter, etc.

Must possess specialized training by manufacturer or third party equipment repair in such areas as CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, diagnostic x-ray, therapeutic x-ray, ultrasound, or radiation therapy equipment.

Must possess working knowledge of radiation physics, medical terminology, medical instrumentation, anatomy, physiology, imaging service techniques, 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations).

Must possess broad knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, EOC, FDA and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical and radiology equipment service and repair.

Maintain up-to-date understanding of The Joint Commission and NFPA standards as well as state and federal regulations.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex information related to malfunctioning imagining equipment as described by clinical staff, then determines equipment operational condition.  Follow complex written instructions, perform tasks and document actions taken to restore service.

Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with  ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health, Ministry Organization, and Clinical Engineering .

Compensation:

Pay Range: $47.23-70.84 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems & Network Administrator for our Columbus, Ohio facility. It's a hybrid role focused on managing and improving IT infrastructure. Intermediate networking knowledge and system administration expertise are required, with experience in a manufacturing environment being a plus. The selected candidate will be key in maintaining system uptime, securing IT assets, and supporting scalable network and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Print Technology

• Configure, monitor, and maintain digital print technologies from M&R, Kornit, and Caldera.
• Secure the digital print technologies with company endpoint protection
• Install and maintain Zebra scanning and printing technologies used in digital printing
• Support users of the Monster Digital Platform in all aspects of the plant operations

Network Infrastructure & Support

• Configure, monitor, and maintain our LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform routine diagnostics, network segmentation, and performance tuning to proactively address potential issues.
• Manage firewalls, VPN configurations, and VLAN provisioning to enhance network security and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability for all users and equipment.

System Administration

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and other identity management systems to ensure secure and efficient access.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint protection solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike), and patch management tools to safeguard our devices and data.
• Deploy and maintain virtual machines, server infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud resources.

Operational IT Support

• Provide expert Tier 2/3 support for system and network-related incidents and requests, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers for support, procurement, and to leverage external expertise.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation, as needed, to provide timely assistance outside of regular business hours.

Required Qualifications

• Managing Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Entra ID
• Familiarity with email and endpoint security platforms
• Familiarity with hypervisors (VMware or Hyper-V), patch management, and cloud administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment.
• Relevant certifications: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.

We are looking for a Senior Technology Compliance Analyst who will play a pivotal role in advancing our Compliance Program. This unique opportunity allows you to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Technology management teams to design, evaluate and test internal controls for efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will monitor regulatory and technology changes, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and ensure compliance across the organization. You will lead control reviews for new business areas, technologies, and evolving processes, identify gaps between policy and practice, and recommend remediation strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), with solid IT audit or compliance experience.
• Familiarity with Technology Compliance management industry frameworks and standards: NIST, OWASP, SANS, ISO-27001/2, SANS, and Cobit
• 5+ years working experience with enterprise technology compliance management programs, or auditing experience, controls testing, conducting ITGC and PCI assessments
• Possession of industry certifications required: CISA and/or CISSP. Desired CRISC, CIA, CISM, PCI
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate through tailored messaging, organized presentations, and group facilitation.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to design IT controls and system functions that enforce or collect compliance evidence.
• Demonstrates expertise in mentoring colleagues on compliance principles and leads effective training and awareness programs.

Our customer, an Energy Infrastructure company, is seeking a Business System Analyst (Legal Technology).

This is a high-impact opportunity at the intersection of legal and technology. The role will work closely with attorneys and IT teams, leveraging AI tools, Power BI, iManage, and TeamConnect to modernize legal workflows.

Role: Business System Analyst (Legal Technology)

Work Mode: Full-time, Permanent Position

Geographical Location: Los Angeles, CA or San Diego, CA (Hybrid)- 4 days onsite / 1 day remote per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the law department’s technology portfolio, architectural roadmap, software vendors, and IT-managed services.
• Partner with stakeholders across IT organization to align legal technology initiatives with enterprise strategy.
• Advance the law department’s use of artificial intelligence and enable legal-specific AI use cases.
• Translate complex business strategies into enterprise architecture and technology requirements across multiple platforms.
• Establish requirements management standards, methodologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery quality.
• Influence strategic technology investment decisions through business cases aligned with corporate objectives.
• Architect integrated solutions across systems, business units, and external partners while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in business analysis methodologies using industry innovations and lessons learned.
• Identify and mitigate risks in complex system implementations and develop contingency plans.
• Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to inform long-term digital transformation strategy.

Experience:

• Typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience in legal technology within a law firm or in-house legal department is required.
• Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.

Key Requirements (Must Haves):

• Strong technical skills including AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Strong understanding of databases and enterprise systems.
• Experience with iManage (Document Management System).
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Mitratech TeamConnect or Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) platforms.
• Legal technology experience from a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work closely with attorneys.
• Highly detail-oriented, professional, motivated, and consultative.
• Undergraduate degree.
