- 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, design, and development roles.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine).
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architectures.
- Demonstrated success in leading platform strategy, governance, and roadmapping efforts.

The purpose of the Milk Quality & Sanitation Technical Sales Specialist is to provide strong milk quality technical information to sales and service teams within MICRO as well as to external consultants and dairy customers. The goal being to utilize current and new technology from Micro along with new research in Teat Dips, Udder Health Management and improvements in Parlor Procedures, to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the highest quality of milk is being produced within the ability the customer's facility.
Responsibilities include:

We are looking for an experienced Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Regulation and Premarket Notification (PMN) Expert to join our dynamic team!
As a Regulatory Affairs Technical Manager, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Affairs Product Safety (RAPS) team reporting directly to the Global Chemical Innovation Service organization and functionally to the North American and you will be based in Ridgedale, New Jersey, working 4 days onsite and 1 day from home a week.
You will navigate and ensure compliance with chemical regulations in the United States and Canada and and work with external partners, internal customers and regional regulatory bodies on Regulatory matters. You will bring your expertise to the team and to our customer, to leverage true business partnership opportunities for our Business. You will also be an important contributor to our customer relationships to deliver the best technical consulting to our key B2B customers.
In this exciting role you will:
- Ensure compliance with chemical regulations, including TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), FIFRA in the US and CEPA (Canadian Environmental Protection Act) in Canada.
- Stay informed of changes in chemical legislation and assess their impact on company operations.
- Manage the PMN process for new chemical substances in both US and Canadian markets.
- Prepare and submit PMN dossiers to appropriate regulatory bodies, monitoring their progress and addressing any inquiries.
- Provide technical regulatory guidance for FEMA GRAS registration as foodingredients and FIFRA registrations and may support registrations accordingly
- Identify early legislative and regulatory issues that affect the business and advise on risks due to safety or regulatory developments.
- Conduct risk assessments for chemical substances and develop strategies to reduce potential hazards.
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure products meet safety and environmental standards.
- Compile and maintain regulatory documentation and databases.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Be the primary contact for regulatory agencies, industry associations, and third-party consultants.
- Provide advice to product development teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
- Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Your professional profile includes:
- Master degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical regulation and compliance in the US and Canada.
- In-depth understanding of TSCA, CEPA, and related chemical regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Premarket Notification (PMN) submissions and approvals.
- Ability to stakeholder engagement

What You'll Do
Manage supplier relationships and commercial activities such as business and technology reviews, RFQs, and roadmap/strategy discussions.
Craft comprehensive commodity and business strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency and driving down costs through strategic initiatives,
Lead executive business reviews with internal/ external stakeholders.
Establish commodity strategic direction by working with our technical teams, understanding the technical and the necessary business requirements that allow for a competitive advantage and position us for profitable growth. This requires a deep understanding of the supply base, technical needs and cost structures.
Build robust supply chains based on product requirements and needs at the most basic levels of our supply chain to ensure that we have a complete and thorough understanding of the Sonos supply chain.
Ensure continuity of supply. Set up long-term/ short-term capacity planning with supplier, partner with Operations and Material teams to schedule supply to meet Sonos's component demand.
Collaborate with Product design and Engineering teams to review initial specifications of the parts/modules recommend sources to influence technical decisions in early phase of the program.
Be able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Evaluate technical and business risks, analyze based on the data and create mitigation plans/alternatives.
Need to support management of development builds, materials, and any risk to execute successful ramp in NPI stage.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree with strong technical acumen and business understanding.
8+ years work experience in sourcing related field.

General understanding of semiconductor supply chains, manufacturing processes, and silicon platform development.
Experience in systems - Arena, Microstrategy, Tableau, SAP.
Hands-on experience in any of the following: Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor markets, Pricing strategy for electrical parts.

The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is:
$133,000 and $166,800The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate's geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience.
