The Senior Technical Account Manager (Sr. TAM) is responsible for managing and expanding a focused portfolio of strategic, enterprise-level accounts within a defined territory. Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Own and manage a multi-million-dollar quota across a defined portfolio of 5–8 strategic enterprise accounts.

- Identify whitespace opportunities across QA, automation, performance, security, and AI-enabled services.
- Close meaningful expansion deals, including engagements of $150K+.

Executive Relationship Management

Required Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Proven ownership of multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success closing $150K+ expansion or new deals.
- Documented track record of expansion within a focused portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Experience managing a limited book of business (ideally 5–20 accounts; this role will manage 5–8).
- Direct experience working with Engineering Directors, VPs, CTOs, or C-suite stakeholders.
- Technology industry background specifically within software, SaaS, cloud platforms, DevOps, QA, or technical services environments.

Purpose of the Job

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, risk-based global sourcing strategy.
Oversee dual sourcing initiatives, vendor allocation optimization, re-sourcing, and cost containment efforts.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement in vendor performance.
Identify and execute cost-savings opportunities within product categories to drive GM growth.
Negotiate long-term agreements with suppliers to optimize pricing and supply chain efficiency.
Work collaboratively with Medline Shanghai, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management teams to maintain and develop vendors and products, reducing supply risk and ensuring a healthy supply chain.
Lead efforts to resolve supplier issues when communication fails.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes, develop corrective action plans, and ensure continued supplier performance.

Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, prices and reconciling differences.
Experienced in documenting procedures and internal controls.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and locations.

- $231,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-driven, knowledgeable Senior Swimwear Technical Designer. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of garment fit and construction to ensure alignment with brand standards, fit intent, and product specifications from development through production.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead model fittings from proto through final production, providing expert technical guidance to achieve brand fit standards
- Develop, maintain, and manage technical specifications, construction details, and callouts for all garments
- Communicate clearly with factories to support fit adjustments, pattern development, and modifications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Production to align on fit intent and technical execution
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all relevant development and production data
- Manage Pre-Production (PP) and Top of Production (TOP) sample communication with factories

- Identify quality issues and production challenges, providing clear solutions and recommendations

The Technical Design Manager, RTW will lead the technical design process across Ready-to-Wear categories, ensuring the highest standards of fit, construction, and garment quality throughout development and production. This role is responsible for managing the Technical Design team while also maintaining hands-on involvement in the development process, particularly within Cut & Sew, and supporting additional categories as needed.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in managing multiple seasons of development simultaneously. This individual will partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Production teams to translate creative concepts into well-executed garments that meet brand standards, fit expectations, and production timelines.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining consistency, efficiency, and technical excellence across the product lifecycle while helping to refine processes and support the continued growth of the technical design function.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technical Design team for RTW
- Independently manage technical design workload for Cut & Sew and support team on other categories as needed.
- Lead and manage fittings to ensure alignment with design vision and garment functionality.
- Manage Proto, SMS and bulk tech packs/ fittings flowing to vendors for multiple seasons at a time.
- Deliver complete, accurate, and timely fit comments via tech packs, including necessary points of measure, annotated sketches, and digital images.
- Ensure consistent and proper fit throughout development by providing vendors with image-driven fit corrections, referencing vendor patterns, and applying best practices for pattern shape and balance.
- Organize and delegate seasonal storage and maintenance of all fit samples.
- Spec and evaluate samples prior to fittings. Delegating and collaborating with the team as necessary.
- Manage timelines to support seasonal development calendars and on-time deliveries
- Implement and refine technical design processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze recurring fit or production issues and implement long-term solutions
- Additional responsibilities as necessary.
Technical Skills & Abilities
- Strong proficiency in identifying and communicating precise fit corrections.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction standards and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
