Overview

We are looking for a technically strong, business-minded developer to design, build, and maintain internal applications and automations that improve how our team’s work. This role supports business processes, data, and technology and plays a key role in modernizing workflows across the organization. This role is suited for a strong mid-level to senior developer who can work independently while collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders.

While Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate are core tools today, this role goes beyond low-code development. The ideal candidate brings strong fundamentals in application design, data flow, and user experience, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and well-documented solutions that can grow with business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies.
• Develop business logic and workflow automation using Power Automate, integrating with internal and external data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, and third-party APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership across multiple departments to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Design secure, role-based solutions with appropriate permissions, governance controls, and environmental strategies following Power Platform ALM best practices.
• Ensure applications are well-structured with clean data flow, clear separation of logic, and thoughtful handling of edge cases and exceptions.
• Monitor, enhance, and support existing applications and automations to improve reliability, performance, and user adoption over time.
• Produce clear and thorough documentation covering business requirements, technical design, data structures, workflows, and known constraints.
• Contribute to and follow established development standards, templates, and best practices to ensure solutions are consistent, maintainable, and easy for other developers to support or extend.
• Provide technical guidance and information sharing with the team and collaborate on problem-solving with less-experienced developers.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining custom, end-to-end applications using Power Apps.
• Strong experience developing business logic and workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, and external APIs.
• Ability to design secure, role-based solutions with an understanding of Power Platform governance, environments, and ALM practices.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how they influence application structure, usability, and adoption.
• Proven ability to design solutions with well-organized data flow and clear movement of information between systems.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create detailed technical and functional documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI development experience using existing datasets and data models.
• Strong working knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language).
• Experience building reports or dashboards that support operational or financial decision-making.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering business applications or workflow automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end solutions.

UI & Front-End Development Foundations

Even when working within low-code platforms, developers in this role are expected to understand core UI and front-end concepts, including:

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Component-based design and reusable UI patterns
• Responsive design principles

• Accessibility and usability best practices

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) has three main responsibilities:

1. Project Manage all technical tasks during implementation and upgrades.
2. Install and configure servers and the Care Logistics applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on premise.
3. Perform technical operations and oversee availability, performance, and supportability of our observability infrastructure.

The TPM acts as the project manager and liaison between Care Logistics and the customer for all technical activities. The TPM is responsible for coordinating the system configuration, sizing, ordering, and installation while technically engineering and managing the integration of Care Logistics solutions. They work closely with Solutions Delivery and customer resources in support of organizational objectives. Solutions Delivery functions include project delivery tasks such as solution sizing, technical project planning, customer guidance, system installation, system validation, system testing, technical training, and support of technical onsite events. The TPM facilitates DevOps functions between development and the Solutions Delivery teams to ensure technical operations are correctly executed, effectively communicated, and continuously improved.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solutions Delivery Functions

• Delivery components of customer project tasks which include:
• Assist with the design and implementation of new technologies
• Assist with the sizing of customer systems
• Train new employees on all aspects of the role
• Considered a Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of the technology and project delivery
• Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and services necessary to support Care Logistics solutions
• Lead the engineering of hospital customer’s technical solutions
• Lead, plan, organize and drive the design, testing, and implementation of Care Logistics software solutions and related advisory services
• Educate customer on technical aspects of the Care Logistics system
• Interface with service and hardware system vendors to build and configure systems
• Participate in onsite customer events, including technical go-live
• Technical Operations and Observability:
• Manage alert and monitoring configuration
• Collect, aggregate, and visualize metrics to provide actionable insights
• Advise right-sizing of AWS infrastructure resources to optimize cost and performance
• Manage incident response
• Provide insight to Cloud Center of Excellence
• Additional tasks which include:
• Provide primary technical support for project team members
• Provide Tier 2 level support for Care Logistics Support team
• Create and maintain internal environments for use by Care Logistics Client Engagement team
• Create Knowledge Base articles and other technical documentation for use by Care Logistics employees and customers
• Define and maintain a clear, concise documented process for the implementation and integration of the system
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot and maintain existing application modules
• Participate in DevOps initiatives to improve products and operations

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
• PMP certification and/or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years hands on experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) services such as EC2, RDS, Systems Manager, VPN, CloudWatch
• 2-4 years of monitoring systems experience using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc.
• 4-6 years demonstrated project management experience
• Advanced operation and maintenance of Linux (Red Hat Operating System)
• Demonstrated advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years integrating software/hardware systems in client-server and cloud environments

The base salary range for this position is$130,000 - $140,000. Job Title: Technical Project Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of integrated, technically sound solutions across complex programs and projects. This role will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring successful execution of all ISD technical deliverables while partnering closely with Project and Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of integrated technical solutions for assigned projects and programs.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to Project/Program Managers and ISD leadership.

Role Overview

The Technical Designer is responsible for executing complex technical development for high-end swimwear and resort collections. This role owns fit, grading, construction logic, and technical documentation for new and complex styles.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Development

• Create and maintain tech packs for new base and fancy styles
• Develop POMs, grading rules, and construction specs
• Execute complex OPR edits and post-testfit revisions
• Ensure consistency across all colorways and production runs

Fit & Engineering

• Lead fit analysis during PP testfits
• Troubleshoot fit, grading, and construction issues
• Communicate with Creative Director on technical design issues and questions
• Partner with Creative Director, Patternmaker, PP Manager, and QC team on technical resolutions
• Analyze fabric behavior and apply appropriate technical solutions

Systems & Documentation

• Create and maintain products in PLM (Backbone)
• Ensure technical accuracy across specs, BOMs, and construction pages
• Support documentation of brand-specific technical standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical design experience in high-end swimwear or lingerie
• Strong grading and fit expertise across multiple size ranges
• Experience with complex stretch fabrics
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
• Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and fast-paced
• High Level understanding of Fashion Math and construction principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

The Associate Director, BU Technical Services (or Technical Services Leader (TSL)) provides strategic technical leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations aligned with business unit objectives. This role is accountable for technical strategy, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while integrating digital technologies to improve performance, cost, gross margin and service. The TSL partners cross-functionally to solve complex technical challenges, develop technical talent, and drive sustainable business results.

In this role, you will:

• Lead BU technical strategy, product and process innovation (including product quality and services for internal and external manufacturers), capital planning, and execution of capital projects and technical programs aligned in alignment with BU and Supply Chain strategies.
• Provide people leadership for multi‑site technical teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, HSE, Planning, and Commercial teams to address complex technical and business priorities and challenges. Develop business case justifications while defining strategic plans and tactical scenarios to enhance supply chain performance, capabilities, and BU/enterprise initiatives.
• Accountable to drive performance outcomes through operational excellence, capital one-right way process, reliability, process improvement, risk assessment/management, external partners, and integration of digital manufacturing tools (Clorox Manufacturing System, Asset Management / Predictive Maintenance), and participation or BU representation in Technical Community of Practice Teams.
• This role interacts regularly with plant leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, HSE, R&D, (center) supply chain, risk management and commercial partners. The TSL also collaborates with corporate technical experts, digital teams, and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• The role has high influence across the Business Unit and multiple manufacturing sites. Influence is exercised through setting technical direction, prioritizing capital investments with BU strategy, shaping continuous improvement initiatives, and developing technical capability across the organization.
• Lead a team of 4-5 direct reports

What we look for:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical services roles, including leadership responsibility with manufacturing process experience managing increasing responsibility for large business and demonstrating a track record of success
• Experience leading multi‑site teams, managing engineering or technical teams, leveraging 3rd party engineering services, environmental permitting and other regulatory compliance, capital programs, and digital manufacturing initiatives desired.
• Manufacturing systems knowledge, capital project leadership, reliability engineering, continuous improvement, people leadership, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and tactical initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, capabilities, and BU/Enterprise objective
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop supply chain professionals, including establishing and executing effective performance management and development plans
• Deep expertise in manufacturing and engineering processes, methodologies, and industry-standard frameworks
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance strategies, spare parts management, and mechanical systems
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels, from frontline teams to senior executives
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Clear and effective communicator, able to translate complex concepts into concise written and verbal messages for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving and root cause analysis
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to assess and articulate the financial impact of supply chain decisions and risk tradeoffs • High degree of flexibility with the ability to prioritize and manage both planned and unplanned work
• Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned to business requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business operations and supply chain interdependencies
• Intellectual curiosity demonstrated through continuous learning and awareness of external trends and best practices
• Leads with excellence by consistently modeling Clorox leadership behaviors and values
• Ability to work effectively in manufacturing environments, travel up to 25%, and perform standard office and plant based activities
• Digital manufacturing systems (MES, historian), Six Sigma/Lean certification, and change leadership experience desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required; Master’s degree / MBA preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
