Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of UX/UI design experience for ecommerce or digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design, user-centered thinking, and systems-level design.
Proficiency in Figma and standard design/prototyping tools.
Experience optimizing images, video, and digital assets for web performance.
Hands-on experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and iterative refinement.

Job Summary
- The Cardiac Sonographer functions under the direction of the Manager or Lead/Chief Sonographer and is responsible for performing all cardiac imaging; which includes, if performed at your designated facility, adult, pediatric, transesophageal (including structural heart) and stress echocardiograms.
- Performs measurements and calculations according to laboratory protocol, provides an oral summary of preliminary findings to the interpreting Physician, if requested, is responsible for the safety and well-being of all patients in the Echo department, must possess the ability to communicate effectively with the patient(s) and health care team.
- The Cardiac Sonographer may also be asked to inject/administer Ultrasound Enhancing Agents (UEA) as well as saline bubble studies.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
- Must be available to take call, work weekends and Holidays on a rotating basis.

Patient Care
- Verifies proper clinician order for procedure.
- Obtains complete clinical history, gathers examination data and assesses for contraindicating conditions.
- Follows established procedures for the administration of UEAs, so that no patient condition deteriorates, and no patient suffers undue pain, due to error or poor technique.
- Ensures that all studies have proper patient identification.
- Reviews ultrasound images for clinically acceptable results and releases patients.

We present an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled researcher to join our team as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Inorganic/ Organometallic Chemistry at the University of Central Florida (UCF). This unique position offers a blend of advanced research in molecular inorganic and organometallic chemistry, with a downstream interest in reactivity, catalysis and relevant mechanistic investigations.
The successful candidate, housed in the labs of, and co-advised by Professors John Gordon and Titel Jurca, will play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge molecular inorganic chemistry. Responsibilities include the synthesis and characterization of novel coordination complexes employing techniques spanning conventional air-free synthesis, to alternative sono- and mechanochemical methodologies. Relevant complexes will be further studied for reactivity, with potential application to catalytic processes. Additionally, the candidate will participate in standard laboratory responsibilities of upkeep/maintenance, the collective supervision of graduate and undergraduate students, and dedicated activities related to professional development.

A Community Associate at Urban Office is a proactive and detail-oriented individual responsible for leasing, operations management, accounting, and member engagement. The role requires exceptional communication and leasing skills, along with a passion for fostering community engagement within the coworking environment.
Leasing
·Show available space to potential members with expertise of the space.
·Maintain meticulous lead tracking using Yardi Kube (coworking management software).
·Submit weekly detailed reports with property leasing summary.
·Think creatively how to increase tour and lead count, whether it’s through offering deals or engaging the community more.
·Responsively engage with prospective members via Urban Office website chats, calls, and emails.
·Onboard members onto Yardi Kube platform efficiently and ensure new members are set up for billing.
Operations Management
·Oversee day-to-day operations at locations as necessary.
·Facilitate access control card setup for new members, mail personnel, and janitorial staff, while managing card removal and collection from departing members.
·Address maintenance requests submitted through Yardi Kube promptly.
·Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen facilities, including dishwasher operation, restocking kitchen supplies, and replenishing snacks.
·Manage inventory of office essentials such as printer paper, coffee cups, and soap.
·Ensure TVs are operational and tuned to appropriate channels and control Sonos speakers in the space.
·Coordinate conference room reservations for external clients and handle member requests for door signage.
Accounting
·Facilitate rent collection via Yardi Kube.
·Provide detailed receipts and descriptions to Urban Office's accountant for all credit card transactions.
·Forward vendor invoices promptly to Urban Office's accountant.
Member Engagement
·Organize and host monthly member appreciation events, from creating promotional materials to encouraging event attendance.
