Work hand-in-hand with Brand Creative art directors, copywriters, and designers.

Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems components, and annotated flows that clearly articulate design intent.
Present work at various stages-from concept to pixel-perfect design-with clarity and strategic reasoning
Conduct or partner on usability testing and user research to inform design iterations.
Use qualitative insights, analytics, and experimentation results to refine the experience
Design for A/B tests and contribute to ongoing conversion rate optimization using tools like GA4, Content Square, Optimizely, and Tableau.
Bring an iterative mindset to shipping, learning, and improving
Apply working knowledge of front-end development, React-based frameworks, and ecommerce patterns to create designs that are realistic, efficient, and scalable.
Ensure accessibility, performance, and localization best practices are considered at every stage.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of UX/UI design experience for ecommerce or digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design, user-centered thinking, and systems-level design.
Proficiency in Figma and standard design/prototyping tools.
Experience optimizing images, video, and digital assets for web performance.
Hands-on experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and iterative refinement.
Familiarity with ADA/WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards and experience advocating for accessible design.
Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
- Performs procedures in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination within the guidelines, policies, procedures and standards of Medical Imaging to assigned patients of all ages and is expected to be the expert in the nursing processes of the Diagnostic and Treatment Services.
- Practices nursing within the scope of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse licensure
- Oversees and performs thorough and accurate patient assessments to evaluate patient status, analyzes finding and reports significant observations appropriately, enhances family communication
- Assumes responsibility for assuring efficient, thorough, and effective interventional case flow in the Medical Imaging Department
- Administers medications/conscious sedation safely and effectively following UPH and department policies
- Controls narcotics and supplies utilizing appropriate documentation

- Follows and oversees Joint Commission patient safety goals as well as quality throughout procedures

The compensation range for this position is $32.81per hour - $56.43per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a qualified physician. Uses ultrasound technology and techniques to assist in the diagnosis of patient medical problems for patients throughout the age continuum.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

3. *Uses sterile technique as required for invasive procedures.
4. *Optimally demonstrates patient anatomy through proper positioning and transducer selection.
5. *Competently operates all ultrasound equipment and support systems to include HIS, RIS, Scheduling System, PACS, C-PACS, Sono Sites and offsite Radiologist Services.
6. *Utilizes department computer systems, PACS, etc., to review patient history and provide accurate documentation of studies.
7. *Properly cares for and images patients of all ages; maintains patient confidentiality.
8. *Coordinates exams within the department and with other departments to provide expedient and complete care; communicates with medical staff, coworkers, patients, families and other hospital staff to ensure quality patient care.

- The Cardiac Sonographer functions under the direction of the Manager or Lead/Chief Sonographer and is responsible for performing all cardiac imaging; which includes, if performed at your designated facility, adult, pediatric, transesophageal (including structural heart) and stress echocardiograms.

Primary Responsibilities
- Meet with new and returning patients to understand their goals and guide them toward the appropriate treatment plan, partnering with the surgical team (Doctor) as the next step in their transformation journey.
- Educate patients on our unique approach, available procedures, process expectations, and financing/payment options.
- Coordinate timely follow-up with both the in-center clinical team and the patient to ensure a seamless, positive experience before and after the procedure.
- Build and manage a strong patient pipeline, including proactive follow-up with prospective patients.
- Serve as a leader within your center, keeping the team informed, engaged, and focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation

The Compensation Package Includes
- $50,000.00 โ $60,000.00 base salary

Clinical Excellence

Essential Functions
Performs routine and complex sonography imaging by acquiring and processing patient exams in accordance with accreting bodies and/or manufacturer guidelines and as outlined in department protocols. Selects proper sonography protocols and techniques to obtain optimal data. Reviews cases with the Maternal Fetal Medicine provider when appropriate. Reviews labs and patient history to perform correct exam.
Responsible to review ultrasound orders for completeness and accuracy. Reviews patient history and supporting clinical data for medical necessity. Takes steps to acquire additional information if needed from the patient, ordering provider and/or MFM provider.
Demonstrates acceptable imaging quality standards by critiquing positioning, technical factors and alignment. Reviews patient data for accuracy, quality and completeness.
Transfers and verifies image data in PACS and other digital and reporting systems providing necessary medical history and information for MFM provider interpretation. Utilizes the web servers and email systems to send exams for preliminary readings after hours.
Responsible for maintaining imaging equipment and workplace environment including maintaining supply inventories and orderliness of work area. Recognizes malfunctions and service needs and reports service needs in a timely manner.
Ensures patient, visitor and environmental safety. Reports safety events immediately including those that are a near miss.
Assists in instruction of students and new staff as necessary. May perform duties of Sono Lead or Imaging Coordinator in his/her absence.
Meets productivity levels as established by department benchmarking. Assists other areas during downtimes so to maintain productivity.
May be required to perform duties of other modalities within the department to which licensers are held by the technologist/sonographer.
Complies with other job descriptions of cross-trained modalities also performed within the department.

Participate in educational activities within the scope of ultrasound. This may include presentations for CME credit.
Create AS OB reports following each ultrasound performed.
