As a Sr. Production and Engineering Technician at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production organization. Responsibilities
Build, operate, integrate, test, diagnose, inspect, and maintain highly reliable systems, including avionics and electromechanical assemblies, wire harnesses, and circuit card assemblies
Read, interpret, and work from drawings, controlled documentation, and processes such as drawings, layouts, assembly procedures/work instructions, schematics, engineering drawings, and master parts lists
Develop and improve manufacturing and installation instructions
Assure product and process quality by testing finished-product and process capabilities
Resolve product non-conformances and collaborate with the quality team to implement corrective actions

Basic Success Criteria
7+ years of professional experience building and testing electromechanical assemblies, fabrication, integration, or mechanical assembly experience
4+ years of hands-on experience reviewing technical designs and working from drawings, schematics, layouts, assembly/procedures, master parts lists, and other controlled documentation
Ability to proficiently use a PC/Mac, Google Suite, manufacturing execution systems, JIRA, or equivalent tools
Ability to lift 25-pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation

You will have hands-on responsibility for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), supplier relationship management, procurement, inventory management, and kitting. You will also mitigate supply risks, resolve procurement discrepancies, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while acting as the liaison between engineering, quality, and manufacturing. Responsibilities
Lead MRP master scheduling for non-recurring engineering, formal engineering development, certification, and production projects, including conducting capacity analyses to mitigate short and long-term schedule risks, identify systemic issues, resolve shortages, and develop strategies to enable a healthy supply chain
Ensure predictable and uninterrupted supply by analyzing MRP messages, managing master data, bill of materials (BOMs), inventory replenishment strategies, and expediting deliveries with suppliers
Develop and implement strategies to drive supplier selection, qualification, commercial negotiations, contract development, and administration
Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, including business/financial, capabilities, capacity, quality, throughput, technical capability, and risk assessments
Prepare, issue, and analyze request for quote (RFQ) / request for proposal (RFP) packages, evaluate quotes, translate engineering requirements into clear requests, negotiate with suppliers, place purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and manage constraints and supplier performance

Responsibilities

As a Lead Test Pilot you will have a senior leadership role within the flight operations team at Reliable Robotics. You will provide direction to the team, and be a leading voice to help guide the development of our safety enhancing technology. Responsibilities
In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. You will also be responsible for developing and safely executing flight test plans in support of research and development efforts, and will fly the aircraft in both onboard and remote configurations. You will coordinate the training and scheduling of contract pilots, and help to ensure that all aspects of experimental flight operations are set up for safety and success. You will coordinate with Reliable's Part 135 airline operations to support standardization of pilot procedures across the organization. Throughout the development process, you will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper operation of the system.
Basic Success Criteria
FAA Commercial Pilot ASEL with 1500 total flight hours, including at least 500 fixed wing and 500 turbine engine
Experience performing a secondary skillset while piloting (e.g. tactical aircraft, firefighting, cropdusting, SAR, ISR, law enforcement, etc.)
Current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher
2+ years of experience in an aviation leadership role
Preferred Criteria
Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school

Strategic Account Executive - AI Data ServicesHumanSignal is looking for an exceptional Strategic Account Executive to drive growth with the world's most innovative AI companies. You'll be selling at the cutting edge: our Label Studio platform and Data Creation Laboratory services power the training data behind breakthrough AI applications at frontier labs and Fortune 500 enterprises.
This isn't traditional SaaS sales. Our customers are building the futureadvanced language models, autonomous systems, embodied AI, and applications that don't exist yet. They need purpose-built datasets manufactured from scratch, not scraped from the web. You'll be selling both our platform technology and our operational capability to create novel training data in controlled environments. The technical depth, deal complexity, and strategic importance of these relationships make this one of the most exciting sales roles in AI infrastructure.
You'll own relationships with AI leaders like Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Meta, Nvidia, Tesla, and others pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Your success will directly enable the next generation of AI breakthroughs.
You Will:
- Own strategic accounts: Drive the entire relationship with our most important AI customersfrom initial engagement through expansion and renewal
- Hunt and close new logos: Identify and win new customers among frontier AI labs, tech giants building AI capabilities, and innovative robotics companies
- Navigate complex organizations: Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders across engineering, ML research, product, and operations within customer organizations
- Drive revenue growth: Expand wallet share by identifying new use cases, additional business units, and opportunities to deepen our partnership
- Orchestrate internally: Lead cross-functional teams including delivery operations, engineering, product, and laboratory operations to develop winning strategies and flawless execution
- Be the customer advocate: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and operational capabilities based on market needs
- Solve complex problems: Navigate technical requirements, custom data creation scenarios, and novel use cases that have never been done before
- Think strategically: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that position HumanSignal as the long-term data infrastructure partner
- Close significant deals: Structure and negotiate contracts ranging from $500K to $5M+ with sophisticated technical and business buyers
Ideally You'd Have:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- 2+ years selling deeply technical products or services to both business and technical audiences (ML engineers, researchers, AI/ML leaders)
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the $500K-$5M+ range
- Experience in AI/ML, data infrastructure, cloud services, or other technical domains where you've sold to engineering and research teams
- Ability to understand technical concepts quickly and translate them into business value
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to uncover needs, navigate ambiguity, and co-create solutions
- Executive presence and experience developing relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Track record of driving renewals and expansion within strategic accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating executive-level materials
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong project management abilities and exceptional organizational skills
- Passion for AI and excitement about working at the frontier of what's possible
Nice to Haves:
- Technical background or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience selling services alongside software products
- Understanding of how training data impacts model performance
- Existing relationships within the AI research or frontier lab community

The base cash compensation range is $120,000 to $200,000 USD plus commission. These ranges are provided by market data and are in good faith. The Network Resident will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the NVIDIA-based data center network fabric. This role ensures optimal network performance, resolves switch access issues, maintains physical connectivity across racks, and integrates network telemetry into the organization’s observability platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage a three-tier NVIDIA switch fabric including:
- 5400 Series – 400G/800G core fabric
- 3400 Series – 10G management tier
- 2200 Series – 1G distribution tier
- Provide configuration and operational support for Intervision-provided 2200 series switches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication/access issues on network switches and integrate them into the network fabric.
- Ensure proper physical connectivity and cabling to designated rack zones and cabinet infrastructure.
- Integrate switch telemetry and monitoring with OpenTelemetry (OTEL) and the existing observability platform.
- Support the migration of the observability system from the Development Cluster to the Infrastructure Cluster.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and fabric visibility.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with data center networking and switch configuration
- Experience with NVIDIA networking switches / Spectrum / Cumulus or similar
- Knowledge of high-speed Ethernet networks (10G–800G)
- Troubleshooting of switch access, authentication, and connectivity issues
- Experience with network monitoring, telemetry, and OpenTelemetry
- Familiarity with data center rack architecture and cabling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI/HPC infrastructure networking
- Knowledge of observability platforms and telemetry pipelines
- Hands-on experience with large-scale fabric deployments
