Our South Central Regional positions offer great pay with lots of drop & hook freight. You spend more time on the road earning and less time waiting at the shippers. It is our goal for every driver residing within 50 miles of Memphis, Houston, or Dallas to get at least a 34-hour weekly restart. Drivers residing in all other areas are out for 12 days, home 3 days. Our drivers can earn some of the highest take-home pay in the business. And to help keep your pay more consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run right up to the payroll cut-off time. Our company drivers earn base rate increases based on tenure AND every 50,000 miles with no cap!

What you'll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst 3 to lead and enhance our cash operations, banking infrastructure, and liquidity strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal cash flow, minimizing risk, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across the organization.
The Analyst is responsible for a variety of day-to-day activities which may include cash positioning, our commercial paper program, equity contributions and dividend analysis, and bank account management & maintenance. In addition, the Treasury Analyst prepares and updates the cash forecast, may prepare Treasury's journal entries for the monthly & quarterly accounting close process and assists with bi-weekly and monthly reporting for our executives and accounting team. Assist implementing the company's risk management functions in foreign currency hedge programs. This position helps with long-term debt and equity issuances, including fundable property activities for our mortgage, and the reporting required by our regulators. - Represent clients in property and litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and be in good standing.
- 3-5 years of property and/or litigation experience preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and courtroom appearances.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
