Position Overview
The Customer Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. This individual is responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding the unique needs of prospects and residents, addressing day-to-day challenges, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless operations. They act as the first point of on-site contact for residents and prospects, representing the company’s commitment to quality and satisfaction. The success of this role will be measured by attainment of a predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs) and quarterly goals at the individual and community level.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building with Prospects
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
- Engage proactively with prospects to build strong relationships and create a positive first impression of the company.
- Assist potential residents by providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing options.
- Follow up with leads from the off-site sales and leasing team to support lease closings and maintain a seamless prospect journey.
- Implement and support resident events or activities to enhance the community experience.
Understanding Prospect and Resident Needs
- Conduct needs assessments to match prospects with the most suitable units based on their preferences and requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of apartment layouts, features, and community amenities to address inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
Resident Resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents reporting concerns, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor resident concerns, including maintenance requests, billing questions, and general inquiries.
- Collaboration with the Resident Screening team (as integrated into your property portfolio(s)) to optimize leasing performance and align with property goals through standard communication channels and routine touchpoints.
- Track and manage all leasing data, including prospects, applications, and resident information, within the company’s software systems.
- Coordinate with the Resident Screening team to confirm applications are processed timely and applicants are well informed and prepared for the move-in procedure.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company’s property management software (Onesite).
- Prepare and present regular reports on resident satisfaction, leasing performance, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Collaboration with Central Property Operations
- Resident Screening: Partner with the Resident Screening team to ensure applications are processed quickly and accurately, while preparing residents and units for a smooth handoff back to the site for move-in execution after screening and lease completion.
- Resident Services (Renewals & Billbacks): Collaborate with Resident Services to ensure timely renewal pricing is available and communicated, and that move-out damages are documented and submitted promptly to support accurate billbacks.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Work alongside the AR team by providing on-the-ground resident context, assisting with delivery of hard notices when needed, and supporting collection efforts through direct resident communication.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Assist in handling various administrative tasks, including preparing leasing documents, updating resident records, and managing correspondence.
- Support community events or initiatives aimed at enhancing resident experience.
- Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Education, Experience, And Skills
- Demonstrated passion for customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer- focused mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- One (1) year or more years in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
- Be a self-starter with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset to address concerns and effectively implement next steps.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi, or similar), Microsoft Office suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Exhibit professionalism and discretion throughout all interactions with coworkers, residents, vendors, and the community.

Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a critical support role within the sales organization, working alongside Account Executives to manage client relationships, coordinate deals, and ensure seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.

About the Role
Matai Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead both project and program operations at Offutt Air Force Base. This role will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for construction, maintenance, and engineering task orders supporting federal contracts.
The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Matai Services and Government stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with federal contracting requirements. Key Responsibilities
Program and Contract Management
- Provide overall program management and leadership for all task orders under the contract.

- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration.
Project Oversight
- Lead a multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality Control Managers.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Or a minimum of 7 to 10 verified years’ experience as a construction project / program manager.
Experience
3-5 + years of experience managing federal construction programs or large multi-discipline construction programs.
Proven leadership managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Strong experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.
Familiar and experienced with both vertical building and renovation and underground utility construction.
Other Requirements
Ability to obtain access to a U.S. military installation subject to background checks.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to work full-time on-site at Offutt Air Force Base.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting MILCON, SABER, MATOC, MACC, or IDIQ contracts.
Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar project management platforms.
Experience with line-item pricing and federal cost proposal development.
Strong relationship-building skills with Government stakeholders.

Associate Account Executives are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program focused on learning how to take a solution-driven, approach to selling consulting and professional services. Civil Clothing Inc. is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the end-to-end development of Darc Sport collections, partnering with our Torrance-based team to ensure product moves efficiently from concept through production. In this role, you’ll help bring designs to life by coordinating sample development, maintaining accurate product documentation, tracking WIP and samples, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle.
You’ll work closely with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, Planning, and factory partners to keep projects organized, information accurate, and timelines on track. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset. A foundational understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and the product development process will help you succeed as you support the team in delivering well executed product to market.
This role plays an important part in ensuring our collections move smoothly through the development process. At Civil, we value accountability, precision, and strong follow-through. What You’ll Do
Product Development Coordination
- Support the end-to-end product development process by coordinating samples, materials, and documentation across multiple collections and seasonal drops.
- Track incoming samples including protos, fit samples, and development materials, ensuring they are labeled, organized, and accurately logged.
- Assist with sourcing and organizing development materials such as fabrics, lab dips, strike-offs, and trims.
- Maintain accurate tech packs and update documentation as changes occur throughout the development cycle.
Sample Tracking & Documentation
- Maintain weekly WIP reports and development trackers to ensure accurate visibility for cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, line lists, and development reports to support product tracking and planning.
- Submit clear and organized comments to vendors following sample reviews and fittings.
Vendor & Factory Communication
- Communicate daily with overseas vendors and sourcing partners regarding development progress, sample status, delivery timelines, and cost considerations.
- Ensure vendor communication is clear, timely, and accurately reflects design, development, and production updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Production, Planning, and Sales teams to support smooth product development and alignment across departments.
- Assist in coordinating sample submissions and approvals with internal teams, buyers, and sales partners when needed.
- Support the Production and Planning teams in tracking timelines and helping expedite urgent development needs.
Operational Excellence
