Position Summary

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist.   • Collaborate with OT to obtain necessary DME or supplies.
  • Supervise and support students under OT guidance.
  • Adhere to NBCOT/AOTA standards, state practice acts, and professional ethics.
