A respected New England litigation practice is expanding its Boston team and seeking a commercial litigation attorneyto join a growing group handling sophisticated business disputes.
This role offers meaningful responsibility across the full lifecycle of litigation, working closely with experienced trial lawyers on complex commercial matters.
The Work
You’ll handle a wide range of business and commercial disputes, including:
• Contract and partnership disputes
• Business torts and commercial liability claims
• Shareholder and corporate governance disputes
• Complex litigation in state and federal courts
The team maintains a strong active docket, allowing associates to gain substantial hands-on litigation experience.
The Role
Associates play an active role in all stages of litigation, including:
• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Managing discovery and case development
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in mediations and arbitrations
• Supporting trial preparation
You’ll work closely with partners while also having autonomy to manage portions of cases independently.

As a dedicated low-barrier and harm reduction clinic, we provide treatment for patients needing immediate attention and those who could benefit from additional clinical services. Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for providing patient care in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. The RN demonstrates initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. The Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability to effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and directly reports to a designated nurse manager and/or clinical manager / off shift manager.Qualifications:
