Position Overview
Toro Construction Corp is seeking an experienced and hands-on Superintendent to oversee field operations for a variety of general contracting projects. As the on-site leader, the Superintendent will ensure construction is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is vital to the successful delivery of projects and serves as the key liaison between field teams, subcontractors, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations on construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
- Coordinate and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Enforce project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and according to plans and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite in compliance with OSHA and Toro Construction safety policies.
- Conduct daily field reports, safety meetings, and progress meetings with subcontractors and/or owners.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve jobsite challenges as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on sequencing, changes, materials, and manpower requirements.
- Review and understand drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work and proactively addressing deficiencies.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, inspectors, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure tools/equipment are available and properly maintained.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of field supervisory experience in general contracting (commercial or public work preferred).
- Strong understanding of all phases of construction, with hands-on knowledge of multiple trades.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Proven track record of maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality jobsites.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of construction software including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid a plus.

The Foreman functions as a working leader, responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project documents and company standards.
Foreman Responsibilities
• Assist Superintendents with daily managerial and field coordination duties
• Lead and supervise Rough Carpenters and/or Laborers while actively performing work
• Read, understand, and execute work according to plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Oversee rough carpentry work including walkways, structures, enclosures, railings, stairs, temporary doors/openings, and site safety installations

Foreman Requirements

About the Role

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. Job Summary

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative has a responsibility to meet and exceed sales objectives in their assigned geography while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. The territory sales representative will work to understand and identify customer needs, aligning appropriate resources and all pull through activities. The territory sales representative will acquire advanced product and disease state knowledge that allows for in-depth engagement with all health care professionals. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this individual will promote the company's first ever product calling on Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) and select Primary Care Physicians in assigned territory to achieve sales goals. The territory sales representative will work closely with peers, Regional Sales Managers, and commercial colleagues to achieve territory, region, and corporate goals.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
- Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Works with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations driving operational execution and sharing best practices.
- Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective use of CRM, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred
- Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance
- Experience launching new products
- Demonstrated success leveraging all resources (marketing, market access pull through and technology solutions).
- Proven business acumen and analytical expertise
- Builds professional relationships with office staff and others in the customer network
- Demonstrated success in both live and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong technical skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and digital meeting platforms including Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom etc.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Some territory overnight travel may be required depending on geography
- Travel to national, regional, and corporate office may be required
