Job Summary
The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer assistance regarding all aspects of the customer's account(s). They will identify and pursue sales opportunities with current and prospective customers.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle telephone inquiries and requests from customers including account balance verification, telephone transfers, stop payments, loan payoffs, research requests, missing checks, explaining overdrafts and service charges and account file maintenance. Online banking maintenance, set-up, reset passwords, explain the product, unlocks security questions and explains features including bill pay, E-statements, account alerts and mobile banking. Obtain information, provide verification of deposits, research records and follow up on details to resolve matter quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities of products and services to current and prospective customers. Visa debit card file maintenance. Completing requests associated to return mail and change of address file maintenance.
- Apply knowledge of compliance/CRA regulations in day-to-day activities. Utilize knowledge and experience while exercising discretion in resolving problems and answering questions.
Experience and Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or banking environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized while focusing on work quality.

Primary Purpose
This role works as part of the Essex Modern Technology & Engineering (MT&E) team and will be focused on owning and driving the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at the company. This is a senior Staff-level role with operational and strategic deliverables across client-facing projects and internal company initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing user interfaces, design system(s), and providing design strategy/leadership to support life science research in the public and/or private industry. This role will work on client project deliverables as well as in-house Essex deliverables to grow the overall Essex Human-Centered Design (HCD) capability. Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at
- Lead the development of design solutions that solve complex and challenging UI/UX problems.
- Meet with engineering team leads, and business and product owners to kick-off the design process at project inception.
- Design clean, accessible, and modern UIs that adhere to the unified principles of a
design system. - Develop documentation, including design process working practices, design system guides, and knowledge presentations.
- Provide UI/UX design leadership and advocacy across multiple concurrent projects-both customer-facing and internal. Establish and guide the overall design vision, user-experience strategy, and brand direction for each initiative.
- Work in a collaborative cross-functional team environment to deliver UI mocks and wireframes tied to features across all tiers in a CI/CD Agile environment.

Maintains a record of quality assurance tests to ensure that equipment runs efficiently and effectively. Maintains all passwords to each computer system. Promptly reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor or the appropriate engineering department.
- Transports patients to and from radiographic area as needed and consults with physicians or other healthcare providers regarding x-ray orders, performed procedures, and protocol to ensure that radiographic needs are met.

Responsibilities
- Conducts specialized examinations in neurological and vascular radiology in order to provide quality patient care. Assist the provider during routine and complex procedures by prepping the patient for procedures and functioning in a scrub role as needed to ensure that the activities meet the needs of the team. Performs surgical scrub, and donning gown and gloves. When possible, anticipate Radiologist and patient needs during a procedure.
- Performs proper patient identification, interprets patient histories and physicians' orders ensuring that all procedures are performed according to Parkland, state and regulatory standards. Set up and prepare room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to procedures. Utilizes advanced knowledge of sterile and surgical techniques by practicing aseptic techniques.
- Can speak to and perform the process of preparing contaminated instruments for cleaning, transporting contaminated instruments to sterile processing department, and how to retrieve clean sterilized instruments from sterile processing department. Assist with supply inventory by locating expired supplies and informing necessary personnel when inventory is low, depleted, or on backorder and takes appropriate action.
- Accesses and handles selected medications and administers contrast. Administers contrast material in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions. Informs and assists physicians and radiologists with patient scheduling, patient transfers, and emergency cases ensuring that all pre-exam procedures are followed including allergic reaction and level tests.
- Processes acquired images onto PACS. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner.
- Operates and maintains equipment including warm-up, running quality assurance checks, calibration, provide routine troubleshooting procedures, request repair and notifying supervisor of maintenance needs. Maintains a record of quality assurance tests to ensure that equipment runs efficiently and effectively. Maintains all passwords to each computer system. Participates in all aspects of The Joint Commission Continual Readiness.
- Serves as a lead worker and resource to other staff as needed. Instructs students and/or new employees on the use of specialized equipment to ensure adequate training and improved patient care. JOB SUMMARY
Under supervision, performs central operations activities. Assisting branches by handling customer issues and ensuring daily transactions are processed appropriately at the branch levels and assisting the Bank Operation Officers within all aspects of the Department. Performs a variety of Operations Support and services functions; such as reviewing reports, preparing correspondence and participating in special projects designated to the department. Complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.
DUTIES
- Processes and performs the following functions: OASIS Review, Chargebacks, Foreign Item Collections, ATM Settlement, Cash Vault Balancing, Debit Card orders, FCRM Review.
- Business and Personal online banking password resets.
- Answer inquiries from branches regarding new accounts and other Bank policies and procedures.
- Balance daily branch transit checks.
- Process daily EIM-NSF/OD/Non-posted items.
- Charge daily returned item and e-mail to branches.
- Review daily non-posted GL.
- Review Mobile Deposits and e-mail to branches
- Research and adjustments.
- Process ACH/ATM/POS disputes
- Signature Card Scanning
- Issuing Interest Checks
- Process Bank Levies/Subpoenas
- Process incoming and outgoing wires
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or higher.
- EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years branch/teller experience; knowledge of banking regulations

Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience is preferred, but not required.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to a fast-paced division. This role supports internal teams, members, and external stakeholders by managing office operations, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining databases, and assisting with reporting and program administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-service oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide general administrative support including maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, preparing correspondence, organizing materials, and reviewing departmental invoices.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, contracts, and internal documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from members, staff, and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Screen and route incoming telephone calls and mail, ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Provide additional administrative support across the division as requested.
Membership & Data Management
- Process membership applications and respond to membership-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update internal databases, including NEA 360 and Contract DB, to support tracking and reporting activities.
- Serve as liaison with vendors responsible for membership packet mailings.
- Manage password access for the organization’s website to facilitate contract database access.

Meetings & Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and attend regional meetings, including securing locations, coordinating catering, arranging audiovisual equipment, and preparing meeting materials.
