What You'll Do


We are looking to add a Key Account Manager to our team!

This is a sales position where the primary activity is maintaining business at the customer location and determining additional opportunities within customer location.


Specific responsibilities include:


  • Providing value added consultative program control advice to our customers
  • Focus to maintain and grow revenue at customer location
  • Review treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater treatment) to ensure effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Aid in managing site projects and priorities, have ownership for the expected level of service provided, develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Aid in the Development and support of site team.
  • Conduct annual business reviews.
  • Management of customer inventories on site including coordinating orders and deliveries
  • Maintain and build business/customer relationships.
  • Conduct the necessary site and LMS training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites.
  • Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.
  • Manage profitability of the account
  • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.


What You'll Bring


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Have previous experience in Refineries/Industrial Water Treatment, especially boilers, cooling towers and waste water
  • Possess strong relationship management skills and be able to establish relationships at all levels of management

What You’ll Do

As a Water Treatment Sales Rep, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers protect their equipment, save energy, and stay in complianceβ€”all while building a territory you’re proud of.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers (from hospitals to data centers to manufacturing facilities).
  • Spot opportunities to improve water systemsβ€”stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
  • Perform on-site water testing & analysis (don’t worry, we train you).
  • Deliver smart, value-driven proposals that show customers exactly how they’ll save time and money.
  • Grow new business AND level up existing accounts.
  • Partner closely with our technical experts to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
  • Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technical sales a plus, but we train everything you need!).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
  • Comfortable traveling within your territory.
  • Self-driven, organized, and curious learning about the world of water treatment.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $65,000-75,000 (excluding bonus earnings and commissions). Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to: experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. Please note that this salary range is only one component of the Total Rewards package and does not include uncapped commissions, which for some sales reps can be the majority of their total compensation.

What You’ll Do


We are hiring a Support Engineer to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) technical service team! In this role, you will support customers in food and beverage production facilities, ensuring that treatment chemicals, sanitation solutions, and monitoring equipment are used safely, effectively, and in compliance with food safety standards.


You will work closely with plant operations, quality, and sanitation teamsβ€”as well as Solenis Account Managersβ€”to optimize treatment programs that support product quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and equipment performance.


Other responsibilities include:


β€’ Assisting Sales Account Managers in the design, implementation, and optimization of treatment and sanitation programs for F&B customer sites

β€’ Communicating account activity, service results, and customer needs to Sales Management

β€’ Identifying and supporting growth opportunities within existing customer facilities

β€’ Performing routine service rounds, including water/process testing, KPI monitoring, and system audits to ensure safe and effective program performance

β€’ Generating detailed service reports after each visit and maintaining accurate inventory records

β€’ Troubleshooting technical issues involving feed systems, monitoring equipment, or process conditions; escalating as needed and working with Account Managers on corrective action plans

β€’ Supporting customer compliance with industry standards such as HACCP, GMPs, and internal quality/sanitation programs

β€’ Analyzing program performance data and assisting with optimization recommendations

β€’ Participating in ongoing technical training to advance product, safety, and food‑plant knowledge


What You’ll Bring


β€’ Bachelor’s Degree; or relevant Food & Beverage, industrial, or technical experience

β€’ Experience in Food & Beverage processing environments preferred (dairy, beverage, meat/poultry, packaged foods, etc.)

β€’ Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

β€’ Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

β€’ Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds

β€’ Strong problem‑solving ability

β€’ Customer‑focused mindset; ability to build relationships across plant operations, QA, sanitation, and maintenance teams

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills

β€’ Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
