Pay Range: $35.80 - $53.70

Weekend Track Rate: $54.10/hr

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

  • First responder to, and investigate complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents, or incidents and promptly report to the management, law enforcement officials, or emergency/rescue personnel as is appropriate.
  • Light maintenance as needed – salt and shovel walkways for safety during ice & snow, respond to plumbing issues in maintenance off hours, light bulbs, etc.
  • Resident services as needed such as package delivery, valet vehicles, etc.

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 

Experience Requirements: 2 years' experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License required. NYS Security license preferred (The Glen will pay for Security license if needed).

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.66
