The Role β Health & Safety Manager
The Health & Safety Manager will take ownership of the companyβs HSE strategy across Ireland and Europe, supporting multiple renewable energy construction projects including wind farms, solar developments, battery storage, grid infrastructure and data centres.
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will lead the development and implementation of best in class health and safety systems while ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU legislation. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving a strong safety culture across multiple sites, improving reporting frameworks and ensuring that all projects operate to the highest safety standards.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams across Europe, providing guidance on risk management, audits, incident investigations and regulatory compliance while supporting the continued expansion of the companyβs renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the companyβs HSE strategy across renewable energy projects in Ireland and Europe
- Ensure compliance with Irish and European health and safety legislation including Construction Regulations, PUWER, LOLER and associated directives
- Manage and maintain HSE management systems including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 across all project locations
- Carry out internal and external HSE audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Provide guidance to project teams on RAMS, risk assessments, permit to work systems and safe work planning
- Drive a positive safety culture across project teams and subcontractors with a focus on behavioural safety
- Develop and maintain HSE performance reporting and KPIs across multiple European projects
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver training and mentoring for site managers, engineers and supervisors on key safety topics
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and project stakeholders during inspections and audits
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives including waste management and environmental risk controls
- Produce monthly and quarterly safety performance reports for senior management and project stakeholders
About You
- Chartered IOSH member CMIOSH or equivalent qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or MSc in Occupational Health and Safety
- 8 to 10 years experience in health and safety within construction, utilities, power generation or renewable energy projects
- Strong background working on wind farms, solar farms, battery storage or grid infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Experience managing health and safety across multiple sites and jurisdictions within the EU
- Proven experience implementing and managing ISO 45001 safety management systems
- Excellent knowledge of Irish and European health and safety legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels
- Experience leading audits, incident investigations and safety improvement programmes
- Comfortable working across multiple sites with regular travel across Ireland and Europe
- Practical, solutions focused approach to risk management and safety leadership

CATCHER
As a chicken catcher, you will need to catch certain amount of birds and know the proper placement techniques with birds being put into the cages.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
The expected results are as follows:
a. To insure animal welfare guidelines are followed
b. Count amount of birds loaded into the cages
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
- Acquire and put on all required PPE (Safety glasses, safety vest, gloves (optional), arm sleeves (optional)).
- Perform routine stretches before starting daily duties.
- Walk the house (bed the birds)
- Wait for cage to be set on blocks
- Open cage door
- Catch correct amount of birds
- Load birds in cage one hand at a time.
- Repeat process until cage is full.
- After proper amount of birds placed in cage, shut the cage door
Pay: Up to $26/hour
Hours : 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, overtime as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans and directs daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for bird catching and transportation, ensuring a consistent supply of live poultry for plant processing.
- Supervises live haul truck drivers and coordinates with contracted catching crews to ensureΒ timelyΒ delivery of birds to the plant.
- Ensures strict adherence to USDA guidelines, animal welfare standards, all safety program, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets and strategic objectives, including tracking, record-keeping, and reporting on financial variances.
- Communicate daily updates, progress, and issues to the processing plant and management.Β

What Youβll Need
- Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus. Valid CDL preferred.
- Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independent decision-making, must have basic computer knowledge, and an ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities:
- Transporting Janitorial Supplies: Quickly delivering cleaning supplies and equipment to various airport locations as needed.
- Waste Removal: Efficiently collecting and transporting waste to designated disposal areas.
- Loading and Unloading: Ensuring that janitorial supplies and waste are properly loaded and unloaded to prevent damage or spillage.
- Adhering to Schedules: Following strict delivery and collection schedules to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Communication: Coordinating with janitorial staff and supervisors to ensure timely delivery and collection.
Required Qualifications

The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day operational execution across manufacturing, packaging, project management, facilities, and warehouse functions within a cGMP, CDMO, or CMO environment. This role translates company strategy into operational plans, drives performance against key metrics, and ensures safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of client programs. The Senior Director partners closely with Quality, Research & Development, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Business Development to support growth, client satisfaction, and inspection readiness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide operational leadership and oversight for both U.S. and Ireland-based operations teams, ensuring alignment of processes, priorities, and performance expectations across sites.
- Lead daily operations across manufacturing and packaging services, ensuring schedule adherence, quality, and throughput.
- Own operational performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, right-first-time, labor utilization, cost control, and equipment performance).
- Translate strategic objectives from executive leadership into executable operational plans and priorities.
- Provide leadership and development for operations managers and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Project Management to align production schedules with client timelines and contractual commitments.
