Role Summary
The SVP Strategy is a visionary leader responsible, in partnership with the CEO and her Executive Team (ET), for driving Novagard’s near- and long-term success as a technology innovator, developer, and manufacturer of differentiated specialty silicone performance materials. DUTIES
Analyze and interpret clearly complex blueprints, GD&T, 3D Models, manufacturing parameters, specifications, Special Manufacturing requirements, and associated documentation including all commercial and private specifications and drawings.
Research and apply all applicable MIL, AMS, ASTM, QQ, and customer-specific requirements.
Identify manufacturability issues, drawing/model discrepancies, and incorrect material/finish callouts and communicate with the customer when required
Coordinate with Programming Manager to establish machining sequence and fixturing needs.
Prepare original manufacturing routers that accurately reflect machining operations, outside processing, finish build-ups, tolerances, and inspection requirements.

Registered nurses hired to this area will be cross trained to multiple programs within PHIDOM. Some telework may be available depending on practice needs. The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate Komo CNC Routers to machine precision plastic components
- Load materials and fixtures, verify workholding, and ensure proper alignment
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Adjust feeds, speeds, offsets, and tooling to maintain part quality
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Monitor machines for proper operation and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Operate multiple jobs concurrently when required
- Follow all safety and quality standards
This position requires attention to detail and confidence running routing operations independently.

- Komo CNC Routers
- CNC routing platforms for plastic sheet and component machining
- Precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of CNC machining or routing experience
- Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment independently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong understanding of tooling and offsets
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Reliable and safety-focused
Preferred:
- Experience with CNC routers (especially Komo)
- Experience machining plastics
- Ability to make basic program edits at the machine
- Experience operating multiple machines concurrently
