Job Description:
- Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives
- Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
- Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
- Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.
- Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conduct preparation, delivery and rostering of training to satisfy training requirement

Education / Experience:

Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager – Facilities plans and leads facility construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects from concept to handover. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards, regulations, and operational needs. The manager works with Facilities, Engineering, Operations, IT, SHE, Security, and external partners to support manufacturing, engineering, and office environments with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑lifecycle facility projects (planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout) and define scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, SHE, Security, and IT to align requirements and reduce impact on operations and production.
- Oversee capital projects such as facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, lab and manufacturing buildouts, and workplace renovations, tracking budgets and financial performance.
- Lead design reviews, manage procurement (RFPs, bid evaluations, contractor selection, contracts), and supervise construction progress and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes; partner with SHE to integrate safety and manage contractor compliance.
- Serve as primary project contact, communicate status, risks, budgets, and milestones, and lead project meetings and transitions to operations.
- Conduct site inspections, manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation, and oversee closeout, commissioning, and handover with lessons‑learned capture.
Skills and Qualifications
10–15 years managing commercial construction or facility infrastructure projects.
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar regulated environments preferred.
Proven experience from planning and design through construction completion.
Technical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial construction and infrastructure projects (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, manufacturing/lab buildouts, renovations, space reconfigurations).
Tools & Systems
Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore (or similar), Primavera, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD/BIM tools.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
Preferred Certifications
PMP, OSHA 30, PE or CCM.
Education

Aircraft Composite Assembly Technician

Job Summary

Essential Functions:
- Ensure the timely setup and operation of gear grind machines by:

- Reading blueprints, sketches, Quality docs, to ensure parts are produced to acceptable limits.
- Verifying conformance of finished work piece specifications.
- Following and maintaining ISO and Schafer procedures.
- Ensure the operational effectiveness of all assigned equipment by:
- Conducting all assigned and necessary preventative maintenance procedures daily.
- Starting and observing machine operations to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls as required.
- Working with maintenance on machines (and equipment) and testing operations of unit to ensure functionality and performance.
- Conferring with engineers, production personnel, programmers or others to resolve machining problems.

What you'll do:
Eaton Aerospace Group is currently seeking CNC Setup Machinists to join our 2nd shift team. This position is based in our North Charleston, SC facility. Relocation assistance will be provided. This position is currently offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000*; less applicable withholding.
The setup machinist will lead the transition/changeover between production runs on various CNC machines such as mills and lathes then operate select machines through the remainder of the production run while ensuring quality parts from the work cell.
- Properly set tools in machine locations required for set-up & perform part changeover including program retrieval and input
- Establish work offsets (G54, G55, etc.) manually and utilizing probing technology
- Read, understand, and reset CNC machine program codes
- Calculate and input axis coordinates for CNC machines up to 3 axis's or use a spindle probe to determine work offsets
- Calculate and input axis coordinates X, Y, and Z or use a spindle probe to determine work offsets
- Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing results to make adjustments to work offsets
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills in a manufacturing or operations environment or an Associate's degree or higher in machining or manufacturing related discipline.
- A minimum of one (1) years experience setting up CNC lathes and/or mills

AutoCAD Inventor 3D modelling or similar software required.
Vericut experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret complex 2D blueprints and 3D models required.
Working knowledge of GD&T required.
Experience with tooling selection and fixture design required.
Knowledge of both manual and CNC machining equipment, specifically multi-axis (5+) programming experience.
Hands on troubleshooting & problem solving including statistical analysis.
Ability to implement change and train employees in a production floor environment.
Excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Must submit to and satisfactorily pass any pre-employment screening required for employment with the Company.
Must take medical exams required by law, in conjunction with occupation specific activities, the physical work environment, and ongoing industrial hygiene sampling results.
Depending on assignment, may be required to use stairs, remain upright and/or seated for prolonged timeframes, intermittently reposition the body per various tasks performed, and use various tools and work-related supplies.
May be required to perform manual lifting activities, not to exceed a 40lb lift performed by one individual.
Education:
Four-year degree in engineering preferred, but not required (mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing preferred)
