Compensation Overview
Hourly Salary $35 an hour USD + discretionary 5% annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan. Earnings are dependent on individual sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- 1–3 years of inventory, warehouse, or maintenance support experience.
- Maintain parts system accuracy by monitoring on‑hand quantities and ensuring all purchase orders are completed, received correctly, and documented.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts for all maintenance parts, supplies, and consumables.
- Track incoming and outgoing parts to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
- Maintain organized bin locations, labels, and storage systems to support quick part retrieval.
- Oversee parts inventory levels, replenish stock, order components, and apply mechanical knowledge to identify parts accurately.
- Coordinate shipments for returns, repairs, and vendor exchanges.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using both computerized and manual systems.
- Notify the maintenance manager of inventory needs, shortages, or critical stock requirements.
