About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support a leading energy technology company in negotiating and managing contracts for advanced energy projects. This role will focus on complex agreements that underpin large-scale deployments supplying hyperscaler data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) agreements, Interconnection Agreements (IAs), and technology contracts.
- Advise on construction, procurement, and commercial matters across multi-national and domestic projects.
- Guide the business on regulatory compliance, including trade sanctions, export control regulations (ITAR, EAR), and energy/environmental permitting in the U.S. and abroad.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage legal risks while facilitating business objectives.
- Assist with employment-related matters, including agreements, policies, and internal investigations as needed.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership required.
- 5+ years of in-house or law firm experience in energy, infrastructure, or technology projects, preferably with exposure to PPAs, EPCs, or interconnection agreements.
- Strong commercial contract negotiation skills, including handling complex multi-party agreements.
- Knowledge of U.S. and international regulatory frameworks, export controls, trade sanctions, and permitting processes.
- Experience in technology contracts, IP licensing, SaaS agreements, and commercial agreements strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate legal issues into practical business guidance.

Primary Purpose of Position
The Regional Wind O&M (Operations and Maintenance) Manager is responsible for management and oversight of daily operations and maintenance of wind power regional fleet. This includes development and compliance with an operating budget, outage coordination and scheduling with the interconnect entity, scheduling coordinator and trading desk. Provides problem identification and resolution, corrective action and tracking of reliability issues. Responsible for management and oversight of onsite contractors utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal. Accountable for assigned sites to assure services are executed to Constellation Wind Operations and Maintenance requirements.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Ensure that wind turbines are maintained in a way that ensures the safety of all employees and contractors within the region. Provide oversight and prioritize compliance with regulatory requirements and hold high standards for environmental guidelines.
- Monitor wind turbine towers for maintenance quality audits, troubleshooting, assisting wind turbine technicians, and implementing fleet wide improvement changes.
- Respond to nontraditional operating hours for maintenance and emergent issues for the following: Manage Landowner relationships, utility interactions, wind turbine supplier maintenance support, and substation maintenance/troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure effective utilization of Work Order Management Process, and maintenance procedure writing. Design, test, implement, and revise procedures for Constellation Wind operations.
- Ensure that high voltage switching at substations, transmission circuits, or wind turbine supplier transformer feeds is executed safely and within compliance with Constellation Lock out Tag out (LOTO)program.
- Assists in developing operating procedures changes to optimize turbines continuous improvement projects. Complete procedure and process documentation for various aspects of Wind Turbine O&M requirements.
- All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR
- Associate's degree with 7 years' experience in a power plant OR
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience
- Maintain minimum access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
- Experience with applicable electrical power generation, transmission, motors/generators, or process controls discipline codes and standards
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications

The role creates scalable, automated drawings and BOMs, integrates design data between the configurator, CAD, and ERP, and supports verification and manufacturing readiness to meet schedule, quality, safety, and cost targets.
The position collaborates daily with Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Production Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain and adheres to stage-gate processes as well as the company’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Rules-Driven Design Automation – Build/maintain AutoCAD Electrical templates, symbol libraries, parametric blocks, wire numbering/cross-references, and drawing standards.
Encode selection rules to automatically generate one-lines, schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs from a configurator/rules engine.
Electrical Design and Calculations – Perform sizing and selection of power components (up to 600V 3-phase), short circuit/protection and conductor sizing, and low-voltage control wiring for relays/sensors/VFDs.
Documentation & Change Control – Produce and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, interconnects, and BOMs.
Drive ECOs within PLM; collaborate with Supply Chain on alternates and cost.
Assist in engineering of DDC controls and Automated Logic™ programming, and provide support related to interfacing of equipment with Building Automation Systems.
Verification and Release
- Author electrical DVP&R test plans; execute bench/lab validation and support pilot builds.
Participate in DFMEA/PFMEA and convert actions into design/test updates Compliance Collaboration – Prepare drawing/component documentation to support Compliance (e.g., UL/CSA/IEC, EMC/EMI, and NEC/NFPA 70/70E).
Coordinate submittals and follow-ups with Compliance Manufacturing Support – Partner with Production Engineering to ensure safety, manufacturability, testability, reliability, and cost targets are met.
Triage build issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide engineering performance data for the final product configuration in support of marketing literature development.
Conforms to all Quality and Environmental Management System policies, objectives and obligations.
