Data integrity is crucial to capturing the value of an ERP system. Master Data Specialist will be responsible for understanding how data should be created, maintained, interconnected, and utilized within the new system to satisfy the key needs of all stakeholders. During the ERP project, Master Data Specialist will play a crucial role in system validation and integration testing, by validating that business use cases are functioning as intended. They will support business stakeholders and process leaders by analyzing, validating, and displaying data so it can be most useful in driving business results.

Job Responsibilities


ERP Design & Preparation

  • Work with business process leads, key stakeholders and end users to understand end-to-end, cross-functional data requirements
  • Ensure data requirements are captured in business use cases
  • Participate in master data discovery, extraction, cleansing, conversion, and loading
  • Support data augmentation as needed
  • Support data visualization as needed

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance efforts such that the plant’s short- and long-term objectives and applicable metrics are met.

  • Develop and implement proactive approaches to maintenance that result in improved metrics that are “world class.” Among these approaches are PM, predictive techniques, TPM and historical databases.

  • Under the leadership of the Corporate Engineering Director and/or Plant Manager, develops the capital plan for the Plant Manager within the final agreed upon budget. Also, ensure the project justifications are accurate and within corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Engineering Director and the other plants’ Maintenance Engineers to ensure best practices are being shared and implemented between sites, resulting in each plant not needing to reinvent each new idea. Also, to ensure new concepts and technology are being explored and utilized appropriately.
  • In cooperation with the EHS Manager, ensure that the plant’s local, state and federal environmental, operating and construction permits are in order and completed in a timely manner. This should result in no non-compliance issues or projects delayed due to timeliness of permitting.
  • Lead maintenance operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Protect associates and visitors by maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; two of which must have been in a management/supervisory capacity. At least seven (7) years’ experience in trouble shooting electrical (through 480 volts), mechanical and pneumatic repairs. For some facilities, concrete and wet cast manufacturing will be strongly preferred.

Skills/Abilities

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills combined with the ability to coach, train and mentor all levels of associates. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer – Owner’s Representative to support the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of a new semiconductor fabrication facility in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will act on behalf of the Owner to ensure that electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and operational needs typical of advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities.


This role requires close coordination with engineering design firms, general contractors, equipment suppliers, and facility operations teams. The Electrical Engineer will provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle—from design reviews through startup and handover.


Key Responsibilities


Owner’s Representative & Technical Oversight

  • Serve as the Owner’s technical representative for all electrical infrastructure and distribution systems on the semiconductor fabrication project.
  • Ensure electrical design and construction align with Owner standards, operational requirements, and project specifications.
  • Review engineering deliverables for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with codes and project requirements.

  • 702 inmate facility.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:

  • Receiving and returning calls from potential family law and criminal defense clients.
  • Balancing availability for meetings with prospective new clients as well as following up with potential clients who said “no” and with current clients to conduct quality control calls and interviews.
  • Keeping detailed notes in a centralized database.
  • Being a team player and covering for your fellow salespeople to help our firm help our prospective new clients find clarity around and relief from the situation that brought them to the firm in the first place.
  • Follow up with potential clients who have not yet been retained.
  • Follow up with current clients at set milestones during their case or matter.
  • Facilitate a professional introduction and transition to the legal team once the case or matter has begun.
  • Actively engage in dialogue with management regarding the quality and volume of the leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on your “front lines” experience.
  • Utilizing a consultative selling approach when conducting sales calls to illustrate the value and benefits of our services.
  • Updating our CRM system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner.
  • Staying current with bar rules, legal industry trends, and information.
Qualifications:
