We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in our Miami Office.
Job Summary
The Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys by managing key aspects of cases, ensuring the efficient handling of records, trial preparation, and expert coordination. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Subpoena Preparation & Processing: Draft, issue, and track subpoenas; coordinate service of process and manage records production.
β’ Expert Retention & Packages: Assist with retaining expert witnesses, coordinate communication, compile expert reports, and assist with deposition and trial preparation.
β’ Trial Preparation: Organize and prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and demonstrative evidence; assist attorneys with case logistics.
β’ Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines.
β’ Discovery Support: Assist with document review, drafting and responding to discovery requests.
β’ Court Filings: File pleadings and motions in state and federal courts using e-filing systems.
β’ Administrative Support: Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications & Skills
β’ Associateβs degree or Paralegal Certification is required.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal setting.
β’ Strong knowledge of subpoena procedures, court rules, and civil litigation processes.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and legal research tools.
β’ Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Experience with trial preparation and expert witness coordination is highly preferred.

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with litigation experience to join our dynamic team in our Nashville Office, working with attorneys focusing on medical malpractice, automobile negligence and other general liability matters.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supporting attorneys in litigation matters, handling case management, document preparation, and trial preparation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial and post-trial.
- Draft, proofread, format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
- File documents electronically with federal and state courts.
- Manage calendaring of court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining case files, exhibits, and evidence.
- Prepare and assist with trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant.
- Strong knowledge of state court procedures and e-filing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management software, and legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
