The Senior Manager, Change Management will partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to strategically plan and drive adoption of large, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives at . Role Summary
This role is accountable for end-to-end financial stewardship, contract oversight, and software license management across one or more technology and business transformation projects. 1) Project Financial Management
- Build and own the project financial plan (baseline budget, forecast, and funding profile) including labor, third-party costs, hardware/software, contingency, and capitalization policy treatments.
- Run monthly/quarterly financial cycles: actuals reconciliation, accruals, re-forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions; prepare executive-ready financial dashboards.
- Track cost to complete (CTC), estimate at completion (EAC), burn rate, and earned value (BAC/EV/AC/CV/SV); maintain change logs for scope/budget movements.
- Drive purchase requisitions, POs, goods receipts, and invoice approvals on schedule; resolve mismatches (3-way match issues, rate cards, SOW misalignment).

2) Contract & Commercial Management

- Coordinate with Workstream PMs to ensure budgets, resource plans, and vendor deliverables are aligned and traceable to requirements.

Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour with bonus opportunities in addition to base pay if store KPIs are met. Supervisor pay range: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.
