Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold them accountable for store conditions and results

Assist with inventory processes to include Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed
Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members
Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results; participate in the performance management process; support Talent Development of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
Interacts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promotes commitment to the organization's vision and values; projects a positive image; and serves as a role model for others
Acknowledge customers, help locate the product and provide solutions
Participate in the truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget
Manage and execute the shrink and safety programs
Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
In select stores that do not have a Framing Manager only, responsibilities also include: leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning and managing the completion of the framing workload in partnership with the Store Manager

Audit club inventory and communicate with GM, AM and Shift Lead on recommendations of inventory orders.
Staying up to date on all required certifications and training courses.
Communicating with, promoting, touring, and assisting prospects and potential members
Assisting General Manager and Assistant Manager with club promotions, training, and implementation of any operational strategies
Ensuring Facility complies with all state and federal laws and insurance requirements
Operating and Assisting applicable members with use of Tanning, hydro, and Total Body Enhancement Equipment and making sure all applicable paperwork and procedures are adhered to.
QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age or older.
HS diploma or equivalent required.

Essential Functions
* Maintain neatness and organization of parts area
* Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued
* Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from work orders, purchase orders or requisitions.
* Placing orders via phone, email or web portals with multiple vendors
* Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
* Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, or storage yards
* Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
* Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in stockrooms, or other areas.

What You Will Do:
As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance.
