Are you an experienced leader in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) installation, ready to take on large-scale projects and mentor a team? As a Lead DAS Installer, you'll lead the charge in implementing wireless solutions for in-building distributed antenna systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Project Reporting & Communication: Keep both the company and clients informed about project progress, safety standards, and local codes. Update and maintain project documentation, customer prints, and site reports.
- Site Surveys & RF Design: Conduct site surveys to troubleshoot and optimize RF/fiber optic installations, report findings, and design corrective solutions for inadequate coverage.
- Assist in Project Preparation: Help in proposal development, project scheduling, and materials/subcontractor selection processes.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring adequate materials for upcoming projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of in-building DAS installation experience.
- Extensive experience with cable installation in IT, RF, electrical, and/or telecommunications fields.
- Expertise in fiber fusion splicing, terminations, dressing, cleaning, and OTDR testing.
- Proven ability in RF Sweep and PIM measurements.
- Solid understanding of wireless networks, including modulation techniques (UTMS, GSM, LTE), amplifier/antenna/cable theory, link budgets, and propagation tools.
- Experience using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, sweep, and PIM gear).

As the HVAC technician, you will you will perform maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency, such as filter replacement, troubleshooting and replacing fan motors, and more while performing routine jobs. What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading or supporting software implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with insurance agency systems such as:
- Sagitta
- Vertafore
- ImageRight
- AMS360 or Applied Epic
- Insurance agency or brokerage experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows (commercial or personal lines)
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, and data migration
- Strong communication skills and ability to train users

Job Description
Main Responsibilities: • Develop electrification control solutions at both component and system levels for a broad range of applications using a model‑based design approach. • Evaluate control designs through analysis, simulation, Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing, laboratory testing, and field testing. • Interface with stakeholders to develop control system requirements that support vehicle electrification solutions. • Conduct electric drive and vehicle system simulations to support control system development and vehicle performance assessments.

What Skills You Need: • 2 or more years of experience in power electronics or control algorithm development. • Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape. • Experience simulating power electronics, electric machines, and/or control systems. • Effective written and verbal communication skills (English). • Relevant academic research experience will be equally considered. What Makes You Stand Out: • Hands-on laboratory or vehicle testing experience with power electronics or electric motors. • Experience with Hardware-in-Loop testing. • Experience with auto-code generation and embedded software implementation on microcontrollers and FPGAs. • Working knowledge of version control and Agile software development • Experience with advanced research topics. • Experience with power electronics hardware or software design. • Experience with advanced control systems and techniques such as observers, model predictive control, filter design, etc. • Experience with power electronics control and electric motor control. • M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on power electronics and/or control systems.
