Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of in-building DAS installation experience.
• Extensive experience with cable installation in IT, RF, electrical, and/or telecommunications fields.
• Expertise in fiber fusion splicing, terminations, dressing, cleaning, and OTDR testing.
• Proven ability in RF Sweep and PIM measurements.
• Solid understanding of wireless networks, including modulation techniques (UTMS, GSM, LTE), amplifier/antenna/cable theory, link budgets, and propagation tools.
• Experience using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, sweep, and PIM gear).

Support AI & Automation Initiatives

• Help implement AI-enabled tools for policy checking, proposal building, workflow automation, and document processing
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve speed and accuracy
• Stay current on emerging insurance technology trends

Train & Drive Adoption

• Develop and deliver system training for employees
• Support onboarding of new hires
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and guidance
• Ensure new tools and workflows are fully adopted and embedded into daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading or supporting software implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with insurance agency systems such as:
• Sagitta
• Vertafore
• ImageRight
• AMS360 or Applied Epic
• Insurance agency or brokerage experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows (commercial or personal lines)
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, and data migration
• Strong communication skills and ability to train users
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Job Description

Main Responsibilities: • Develop electrification control solutions at both component and system levels for a broad range of applications using a model‑based design approach. • Evaluate control designs through analysis, simulation, Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing, laboratory testing, and field testing. • Interface with stakeholders to develop control system requirements that support vehicle electrification solutions. • Conduct electric drive and vehicle system simulations to support control system development and vehicle performance assessments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

What Skills You Need: • 2 or more years of experience in power electronics or control algorithm development. • Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape. • Experience simulating power electronics, electric machines, and/or control systems. • Effective written and verbal communication skills (English). • Relevant academic research experience will be equally considered. What Makes You Stand Out: • Hands-on laboratory or vehicle testing experience with power electronics or electric motors. • Experience with Hardware-in-Loop testing. • Experience with auto-code generation and embedded software implementation on microcontrollers and FPGAs. • Working knowledge of version control and Agile software development • Experience with advanced research topics. • Experience with power electronics hardware or software design. • Experience with advanced control systems and techniques such as observers, model predictive control, filter design, etc. • Experience with power electronics control and electric motor control. • M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on power electronics and/or control systems. Education: • Minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
