About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and long-term strategic development of our social ecosystem.

This role is equal parts platform strategist, content orchestrator, growth driver, and brand guardian — someone who understands how each platform plays a distinct role while contributing to a cohesive, elevated brand presence.

You will oversee all social touchpoints across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms, while also leading influencer partnerships, creator relationships, and product seeding programs that expand brand reach and community.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and Management

Own the day-to-day management of all social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Define and maintain the role of each platform within the broader brand ecosystem.

Build and manage monthly and seasonal content calendars in partnership with Creative and Marketing.

Ensure publishing cadence, platform optimization, and distribution strategies are intentional and consistent.

Identify emerging platform opportunities and develop strategies to grow brand presence.


Social Growth and Audience Development

Develop and execute strategies to grow brand audience, engagement, and community across platforms.

Identify content formats and storytelling approaches that drive reach, saves, shares, and follower growth.

Monitor platform trends and emerging behaviors to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Test and iterate content formats to continuously improve performance and visibility.


Content Direction and Copy Leadership

Lead social copy direction in alignment with brand voice and campaign narratives.

Translate campaign concepts into platform-specific storytelling.

Write and/or oversee captions, hooks, and platform-native content formats.

Partner with Creative to brief content needs and ensure deliverables support both brand storytelling and performance goals.


Influencer and Creator Partnerships

Own influencer and creator strategy across identification, outreach, relationship management, and performance tracking.

Build and grow a network of aligned creators, tastemakers, and brand advocates.

Develop and manage the product seeding program in partnership with PR and Merchandising.

Ensure partnerships reflect brand positioning while driving meaningful reach, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Track influencer performance and optimize partnerships based on impact.


Performance and Optimization

Define KPIs for each platform and track performance against them.

Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with insights and actionable recommendations.

Continuously optimize content based on data, audience behavior, and platform trends.

Translate performance insights into actionable strategies for content, partnerships, and growth.


Cross-Functional Integration

Partner closely with Creative, E-commerce, Marketing, and PR teams.

Align social storytelling with product launches, campaigns, and commercial priorities.

Ensure social media functions as a fully integrated brand and revenue-driving channel, not a siloed function. Support broader marketing initiatives through social-first thinking and creator partnerships.

Opportunity

Skybound is looking for a creative, strategic, detail-oriented Editor to acquire and edit comic books across multiple genres. This position will be responsible for acquiring and developing creators/books, as well as working with the editorial, design, publicity, and marketing teams to develop the publishing strategy.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with writers and artists to acquire titles with the correct editorial fit for the publishing strategy
  • Manage development and production of Skybound original comics, licensed comics, digital comics, media tie-ins, custom projects, and additional projects, as needed
  • Read submissions, respond to writers/artists/agents, present projects, negotiate contracts, and monitor payments to authors
  • Perform all editorial functions when appropriate, including reading and evaluating proposals, providing revisions to authors, and line editing
  • Work closely with creators and internal team to maintain publication schedules and due dates
  • Write sales copy for internal positioning and out-of-house product descriptions
  • Keep up to date on competitive marketplace, both print and digital
  • Demonstrate and strive for continued innovation, creativity, consumer and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with team as needed to support imprint strategy, growth, and crowdfunding campaigns
  • Provide editorial input into packaging design and copy to ensure key selling features are reflected in the book package


Requirements

Position Summary

The Mission

Your mission is to build, operate, and continuously improve the systems that power Fringe Sport’s marketing execution.

You ensure that:

  • marketing campaigns launch on schedule
  • Shopify product pages remain optimized and up to date

You will operate at the intersection of marketing, systems, and technology, ensuring our marketing execution becomes faster, more reliable, and more scalable over time.


What You Will Do

You will own the marketing execution systems that help the marketing team operate efficiently.


Responsibilities include:


Marketing Execution Systems

  • Maintain the marketing execution calendar and ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across email, paid media, creators, and product launches
  • Ensure marketing projects move from planning to execution without operational breakdowns


Shopify & Website Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize Shopify product pages (PDPs)
  • Ensure product launches and website merchandising align with campaign plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve product page conversion and product storytelling


Marketing Systems & Integrations

  • Monitor Shopify, analytics, SEO, and marketing tool integrations
  • Identify and resolve marketing system or tracking issues quickly
  • Ensure marketing data accurately reflects campaign performance


AI & Marketing Efficiency

  • Use AI tools (GPT and others) to accelerate marketing execution
  • Experiment with AI workflows to improve marketing productivity
  • Build repeatable systems that reduce manual marketing work


Process Documentation & Improvement

  • Document marketing workflows and execution processes
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements
  • Continuously improve how marketing execution is organized and managed

Job Responsibilities

Supporting the CEO

  • Translate Justin’s creative direction and vision into clear operational priorities and systems
  • Protect the CEO’s time and focus by establishing decision frameworks and operational guardrails
  • Provide performance visibility through dashboards and operational reporting


Systems and Project Management

  • Design and implement scalable operational systems that support audience growth and program delivery
  • Select and manage CRM infrastructure, automation tools, and project management platforms
  • Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation for consistent execution
  • Manage the operational technology stack and integrations across vendors and tools


Revenue and Funnel Operations
