Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Associate that will be responsible for supporting implementations of Crafted ERP leveraging their spirits industry knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the spirits industry and would like to pursue a consulting career path utilizing the latest cloud technologies. In this role, you will own our client's enterprise reporting platform—designing robust Power BI solutions, managing shared data models, and ensuring the reporting environment remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.
You will also own our client's enterprise reporting standards and governance framework, ensuring reporting across all departments is consistent, trusted, and aligned with best practices. We are searching for an Assistant In Digital Asset Research and Production Engineer with expertise in computer visualization, 3D modeling, and immersive technologies to support the design, development, and implementation of next-generation visual simulations and intelligent training systems. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team conducting applied research in simulation-based training, modeling, and opportunity-based training systems.
This position requires an experienced researcher who will work both independently and as a team member to design, develop, modify, test, document, and maintain simulation software products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement 3D environments, frameworks, and prototypes for high-fidelity visual simulations and applications.
Apply 3D models, advanced character mesh techniques, and physics-based simulation methods to enhance realism and interactivity in diverse domain systems and applications.

We are seeking an Assistant In Embedded Training Researcher/Software Engineer with expertise in advanced algorithms and software development, computer visualization, and immersive training technologies to support the design, development, and implementation of next-generation embedded, visual, and intelligent research training systems. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team conducting applied research in simulation-based training, modeling, and opportunity-based training systems.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and implement software to enhance training in real-world and 3D environments. Develop high-fidelity visual simulation and application prototypes.
Research and develop frameworks for embedded hardware and software for advanced embedded training systems.
Work with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, cognitive scientists, and domain experts to define research objectives, design experiments, and analyze results.
Create prototypes and capabilities demonstrators to showcase IST's expertise aligned with trends and opportunities.
Design and execute hands-on demonstrations and exhibits at strategic events.
Perform embedded hardware and software research and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
Minimum Qualifications:
A master's degree from an accredited institution in a field related to computer science or computer engineering and two years of related professional experience, or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field related to computer science or computer engineering and five years of related professional experience.
Strong applicants will have experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality concepts and development experience
- Artificial Intelligence use
- Working knowledge of Unity's ML Agents or similar systems
- Computer Vision applications development using AI techniques
- C, Objective C, C++, C#, Java or Python software languages
- Windows, Linux and Mac operating system cross-platform coding techniques
- Mobile platform application development (Android and IOS)
- Understanding of small, low-powered, and embedded hardware
- Embedded software authoring for IOT devices
- Knowledge of commercial game engines such as Unity and Unreal
Preferred Qualifications:
Embedded software design and development (e.g. Arduino)
Knowledge using visual development environments such as: IntelliJ, Xcode, Visual Studio, Qt Creator, Eclipse, and MonoDevelop.
Network design and optimization
Understanding of geospatial and cartographic concepts

AGS is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Event Coordinator to support the execution of marketing events, promotions, and casino partnership initiatives across AGS’ Slots, Tables, and Interactive divisions. Working closely with the Promotions Manager, this role supports a high volume of events that vary in scope and format, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change.
The Event Coordinator assists with event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, travel, and on-site execution for casino promotions, product launches, trade shows, and customer activations. Maintaining strong relationships with casino operator partners is a key priority, helping ensure seamless execution and a consistent, professional presence for AGS in market.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute casino promotions, events, trade shows, customer events, and product launches across Slots, Tables, and Interactive divisions.
- Serve as a point of contact for casino marketing teams for assigned events, managing logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with casino operator partners through reliable execution and clear communication.
- Coordinate all event logistics including schedules, travel, shipping, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Develop and maintain event-related presentations and decks, including pitch decks, event concept decks, timelines and run-of-show presentations, and post-event recap decks for internal teams and casino partners.
- Coordinate sourcing and purchasing for swag, live entertainment, and decor by identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing procurement processes.
