Job Description
- Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Load and unload delivery trucks by hand as well as a forklift.
- Ship and receive orders, utilizing RF scanners & Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain clear and accurate records on all inventory.
- Accurately measure and cut custom size product pieces for customers using panel saw and/or roll slitter.
- Examine workplace conditions daily to ensure they conform to applicable OSHA standards and Grimco’s Warehouse Safety Checklist.
- Assist couriers and delivery drivers’ load vehicle, verify load for accuracy, and work to maximize delivery efficiency.

Title: Payroll Tax Analyst

Job Summary:
- The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of US and Canadian payroll tax returns, deposits, and reconciliations utilizing designated HRMS (Workday) software, ADP SmartCompliance, Query/report writing, and Excel.
- These include State/Local for US and Federal and Provincial payroll tax liabilities for 20+ legal entities across the US and Canada on behalf of the client and its related US subsidiaries.
Job Responsibilities:
- The position requires independent research and timely responses to inquiries/notifications from various tax authorities by accessing the required governmental websites. Additionally, the preparation of amended returns is required.
- The Payroll Tax Analyst will research and respond to less complex payroll tax/compliance issues by managing case management system tickets.
- The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for ensuring all tax reconciliations, returns, and deposits are completed, filed, and paid by published due dates. Also, analyze multi-state payroll tax data and perform calculations to ensure payroll information is reported to governmental agencies as required.
- The Payroll Tax Analyst will assist with the tax testing of HRMS tax releases, and may assist with the year-end W2, T-4, and RL-1 preparation, reconciliation, corrections, and filings.
- The Payroll Tax Analyst will remain current on payroll tax guidelines, utilizing BNA, ADP, APA, CPA and Equifax, and other payroll and payroll tax publications to ensure ongoing compliance with all payroll tax laws and regulations.
- The Payroll Tax Analyst will communicate regularly with managers/HR business partners and liaise with Tax Authorities and escalate compliance issues to management as needed.
- The Payroll Tax Analyst must closely follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies at all times to ensure Company compliance and minimize risk.

This position serves as a senior technical leader supporting high-profile university events, advanced multimedia systems, and cross-departmental technology initiatives. The Multimedia Specialist III will oversee event-day operations, provide expert troubleshooting and production support, and collaborate on innovative AV solutions that enhance the university community. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily multimedia event operations, including equipment checks, network connectivity verification, and managing audiovisual setups to ensure high quality event production.
Operate and troubleshoot multimedia systems, including audio boards, video switchers, live streaming equipment, and integrated web/audio/video conferencing tools.
Provide onsite leadership and act as backup for the Multimedia Event Manager during absences.

Experience with AV over IP technologies, structured cable management, and Crestron control systems, including NVX.

Demonstrated supervisory and event-day leadership experience within a multimedia or live event production environment, including coordinating daily operations, delegating assignments, evaluating performance, and serving in a lead or backup management capacity.
Advanced troubleshooting experience with complex AV systems, including networked AV environments, conferencing integrations, and live streaming platforms.
Working knowledge of network infrastructure concepts, including VLANs and DHCP.

Relevant certifications such as CTS/CTS-I, Crestron, Extron, QSC, or other industry-recognized audiovisual credentials.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven Wholesale Operations & Logistics Coordinator to power the operational backbone of our wholesale and Ecommerce division. This role owns core wholesale operations including ERP accuracy, inventory integrity, 3PL execution, routing and compliance, EDI performance, and operational reporting. As a member of the Transportation Safety Department, the Transportation Safety & Compliance Administrator supports the Safety & Compliance Department by performing a wide range of administrative and data management tasks that help maintain the fleet’s overall safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:

- Update and track all accident documentation to ensure accurate and complete file records.
- Maintain the DOT‑mandated Accident Register, ensuring all required incidents are logged and updated in a timely manner, according to DOT requirements.
- Manage data and create the Monthly Accident Register report for internal distribution.

The WRP Facilities Assistant is one of a three-person team dedicated to the Westside Research Park (WRP) and a member of the Baskin School of Engineering (BSOE) Facilities group reporting to the Director of Facilities. Under the general supervision of the WRP Facility Manager, the incumbent provides building operational support and is responsible for front-line support, including discovering, assessing, investigating, and resolving building plant issues.
The WRP Facilities Assistant interfaces and collaborates with facilities personnel from Physical Planning, Development, and Operations, and academic divisions with occupants in the WRP, including Physical and Biological Sciences, the Baskin School of Engineering, and the Arts Division. The incumbent also assists with special events, augments general facilities services needed, and travels to the main UCSC campus as necessary.

JOB DUTIES
80% - Facility Support
- Provides first-level support to trouble tickets and initial reports of building maintenance issues, taking trouble calls, inputting work requests into the BSOE work order system (RT), providing initial investigation of the problem, solving, and forwarding to the Physical Plant work order desk with information for resolution as required.
- Interfaces with Physical Plant technicians and contractors to provide guidance and escort if necessary.
- Closes off areas for safety or to prevent further issues as necessary.
- Supports minor maintenance tasks not covered by regular custodial staff.
- Facilitates equipment deliveries and moves, including moving heavy equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and optics tables.
- Maintains the functionality and appearance of furniture as needed.
- Assists with building-related issues stemming from minor laboratory modifications and renovations, raising repair requests to appropriate vendors, other campus units, or other responsible parties.

- Conducts regular and periodic inspection rounds for safety, hazmat, hazwaste, and medical/biological waste compliance.
