Prepare, send, and track subpoenas for witnesses and records.

Select jurors.
Stay informed on changes in relevant law and statutes and proposed legislation and policy pertaining to criminal law, juvenile delinquency, and juvenile abuse and neglect.
Draft proposed legislation.
Appear before legislative committees.
Communicate, correspond, and collaborate with parties involved in cases including victims, parents, school personnel, attorneys, court personnel, and law enforcement regarding procedures and actions for those cases.
Respond to inquiries from the public and the media.
Make recommendations for custody, parental rights, sentences, and restitution.
Represent the State’s Attorney’s Office at public, private, and inter-governmental programs and events.
Communicate with the media and prepare press releases.
Serve on boards, panels, and task forces.
Train and educate volunteers, law enforcement, and social workers on their roles and duties on legal issues and the court process duties.
Train interns.
Supervise clerical staff and interns.
Answer, handle, or direct phone calls and walk-in traffic from clients and the general public regarding legal concerns and questions.
What You Need to Succeed in this Role Graduation from a college of law and attainment of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admission by the Supreme Court of South Dakota to practice law in the state of South Dakota; or be licensed to practice law in any other state and able to take the next available South Dakota bar examination; be a recent law school graduate, eligible to sit for the next available South Dakota bar examination.
Comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must successfully complete pre-employment background process.
Working knowledge of civil and criminal law and methods and practices of pleadings, court procedures, and rules of evidence.
Working knowledge of principles, methods, materials, and practices utilized in legal research.
Working knowledge of general law and established precedents.

Objective:
- Daily check of the vaults to make sure everything is organized (by collection, correctly, 100% perfect quality)
- Updating/managing showcase’s so that they are always up to date for insurance purposes. Print the list for the management, control with the guard the pieces count
- Helping to pull merchandise for events or photo shoots.
- Replacing pieces on the floor when somethings is pulled or sold.
- Assisting Sales Professionals with end of sale procedures – certs, getting the boxes and booklets needed, putting back merchandise that was shown in the safe

- Making bi-weekly checklist of what maintenance needs to be done in the boutique.
- Assist in packing merchandise when items need to be shipped for various reasons.
- Help with confirming orders we receive from Ecomm or FarFetch.
- Monthly checks on back office supplies needed – jewelry boxes, shopping bags, booklets, ribbon/wrapping paper and things of that nature.
- Helping with basic QC of merchandise returning from events, photo shoots or transfers from other boutiques (next service sticker)
- Basic manual labor – moving heavy displays, organizing the storage room, moving furniture when we have in boutique event (organizing props)
- Would be able to run and complete the weekly High Jewelry inventory on a consistent basis.
- Act as a “Runner” when needed – last min VIP needs, hand deliveries, boutique needs.
- Conduct weekly strap inventory and month inventory for accessories.
- We can teach how to properly steam clean jewelry.
- Assist in dealing with guards when photo shoots need to be picked up and dropped off – doing a count of the pieces leaving and coming back (filing of paperwork)
- Would have the time to go through all merchandise and put together list of missing/hand written tags that needed replacing.
- Check the reservation list, ensure that all pieces have correct paperwork, release older reservation without payment.

Job Description
- Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Load and unload delivery trucks by hand as well as a forklift.
- Ship and receive orders, utilizing RF scanners & Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain clear and accurate records on all inventory.
- Accurately measure and cut custom size product pieces for customers using panel saw and/or roll slitter.
- Examine workplace conditions daily to ensure they conform to applicable OSHA standards and Grimco’s Warehouse Safety Checklist.
- Assist couriers and delivery drivers’ load vehicle, verify load for accuracy, and work to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Maintain equipment, trucks, and warehouse (e.g., cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects).
- 1+ years of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, email, internet navigation.
- Ability to compete and pass a criminal background screening.
- Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.
- Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
- Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
- Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).
